アーバックル ロッジ(Arbuckle Lodge Gillette)

I typically choose to stay at the Arbuckle Lodge because it is quiet, has a good hot breakfast always available but more importantly, the staff is great. On the dozen or so stays there, for example, I have issues with my heating unit not working well, on 2 occasions, and I was either immediately transferred to another room or the problem got fixed immediately. The front desk clerk actually helped me move my bags/food to the other room. This has been the typical service I get from the staff. I've never had a bad stay. The rooms are comfortable, well-lit, and I usually choose a suite with a small kitchenette which works out well for my dietary needs. Recommend highly.

Best breakfast I’ve ever had from any hotel and best eggs I have ever had in my life. We arrived late and it was easy to check in with a key code and straight up to our room with directions left by the owners.

Upon arrival, there was a sign at the front desk " checking on the pool and spa, will be back in 5-10 minutes. In those minutes the lobby began to fill. The young woman appeared around the corner, eyes wide, from the site of so many people. She immediately apologized and swiftly took care of everyone. Fastest check-in I have ever had. Our stay was extremely enjoyable. We will definitely be back. 😃

We travel for sports and this is the hotel I look forward to staying at - spacious rooms but the best part is their amazing breakfast with fountain soda options :)

The Arbuckle was a saving grace when we had to leave the hotel we were in! Our heater in the room was a bit loud but it was also -24 degrees outside. The breakfast was amazing and staff were absolutely wonderful. Beautiful hotel!

Room had several dead and alive boxelder bugs in it. The floor has not been vacuumed behind or under furniture for a while. This will not let me add picures.

We stayed in their apartment suite and it was more than we could have imagined. As a family of 5 traveling with kids ranging from preteen to adult it’s nice to have separate spaces but not multiple hotel rooms.

It's probably the best hotel/resort in Gillette, really close to the CamPlex, not far from the town center. Excellent place to stay whenever.

Went to stay a night for our honeymoon. Tried to pay in cash like the internet said we could and they wouldn’t let us pay in cash, tried to charge us double our quoted price and added a $50 fee for something we didn’t ask for. They asked for a card and we told them we had cash, they insisted they needed a card for the file, when I gave them one they tried to charge it! On top of us wanting to pay cash. Horrible. We ended up not being able to stay because we didn’t have a card with for them to charge and they wouldn’t take our cash.
