I have stayed at Princess Ramada several times, but this is the first time that I had to pay a large amount just to check in a couple of hours early. Never happened before. I was very tired and hot, so I paid - not happy about it.

Room was generally clean. However, upon closer inspection there were dust and grime in some areas. Breakfast was limited but food was good nonetheless. Staff were very helpful and customer service overall was excellent.

It was okay
Could do with improvements to breakfast there wasn’t much choice
Staff not friendly. The curtains did not close.
The first night the electricity went down 4 times.
Pillow case with duty mark.
The pictures on the website does not correspond to the actual structure of the hotel.
The check in is at 15h00. I only succeeded to get a room at 15h40 (no room was available due to cleaning process).
I changed room twice cause the first one had food on the floor.

Had paid for 2 nights because arriving early morning of second day. When finally arrived after flight delay room wasn’t ready!
They sorted out a room after a short delay

Good hotel for a budget stay, the hotel is very dated and is in need of new bathroom fixtures. Understandably this is Guyana not the US or Canada. Still Efforts could be made to update and restore the once luxurious facility

the first room the hotel gave me had mold in the bathroom and the tiles or whatever surrounded the shower was falling off and it smelled like an old moldy basment - the staff was accomadating and switched me to a different room which also had mold in the bathroom but i was too tired it was like 2am - the next morning when i went down to breakfast i asked if i could sit inside the said no - the tables were not cleaned properly and the flies were everywhere - this hotel needs to be given a total overhaul on the appearance of the rooms - i stayed there back in 2010 and it was fabulous -it is no good now
