Grand Mercure Ahmedabad Gift City

Stay was very good, location a bit far but amazing hotel, a true 5 star.

Staff at grand Mercure hotel was really professional specially banquet staff i would like to mention few name such as sudhir ***agar rahul, deepak,pravakar for the tremendous job and the servive which they have given is amazing love the food and ambiance

Staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet was interesting. The ambience of the room is calming. The housekeeping is excellent. Pankaj was helpful. Returned from a tough day at work to a well done bed with a surprise.

I would like to thank Mr. Chandan Kumar from house keeping depar**ent who was proactive and was very quick with all the request made by me with a smile on his face and he’s gem of a person with lot of knowledge about northeast states which was quite surprising to me. I really appreciate it and keep up the good work. Cheers!

Was there for a week for an office assignment ***** with 3 other colleagues. Two things that stood out for us: 1. The hospitality of the staff while eating Breakfast and Dinner. They are always there to help with anything without any complaint. 2. The swimming pool. The infinity pool is just stunning! If had to make a suggestion, would request to increase the pool timings ( it closes at 8 pm). Very difficult to reach back to hotel in the evening by 7:30-8 after the office. If possible to increase the time to 10-11 pm, relaxing in the pool after a long day at work could become a USP of the hotel! :)

Room was very tidy and everything was superb. Food was awesome with so ***y options to choose. In staff would like to mention Mr. Somnath, Ms. Bandana and Mr. Shivam abnd all the staff at Dining area for exceptional services. Loved this place.

I have been to multiple properties but didn’t expect kind of service in Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar. Truly an amazing experience Overall. Staff is amazing here with best etiquette’s. Somnath helped me to plan a surprise for my husband. He went out of the way to make our day perfect with the room decoration and a complimentary spa arrangement. I will visit again soon. Happy customer 😇
