This hotel is great. The only problem is you don't get breakfast if you book through this website. I think if you spend that amount of money you should get a free breakfast. Even though this is under construction remodeling, which I used to do the work is good but could be better and faster.all and all well worth the money. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The Diner part has good food but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, outback, Longhorns and Dave's BBQ . MISSION BBQ AND OLIVE GARDEN.

The location is perfect, it's very close to Bell Tower, Dave & Buster's and many good restaurants. And it's also only 20 mins from Downtown. In general, the hotel is clean. However, I found a little hair on the toilet, I have to use a disinfection wipe to clean it by myself. Besides that, the fitness center is big enough and the swimming pool is also nice.

Hotel lobby was under construction so not very convenient with no seating but bench was on the outside. The check in persons were not the most welcoming basic at best. I had to ask for water and my cookie. Maybe she thought I didn’t deserve it. The hotel reminded me of a second tier hotel that was in progress. The bathroom was beautiful with nice vanity , shower etc. the room furniture was old with nick marks. The lamp shades were nice but the base was old and had seen better days. The ceiling was the old fashioned “popcorn “ type. The freezer in the fridge was frosted. This was my second room. Even though I asked for a room overlooking the pool I got one looking at the garbage storage. The “business center” was dark, not properly suited and inconvenient. The shuttle bus drivers were very nice and inviting. I thought the rate was high given the location and the flaws mentioned.

Parking was terrible, especially if there was an event being held at the hotel, nowhere for people staying there to park during events! Staff not very informative on Diamond amenities, dining etc…. Missing soap in bathroom in room, had to ask 2x for it to be brought to room.

Property was in a good location & we enjoyed the pool. Need some work on the water pressure in the shower. It took a long while for the water to get hot. We reported the smoke alarm was hanging. Overall, we thought it was just "Okay". Thanks,

There was renovation being done and a change of management. Front desk service was ok shuttle to and from was good but the room had a smell and the cleaning staff was mediocre nice location to shopping and eating

From the shuttle driver, front desk, and housekeeping, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and well kept, would definitely stay here again.
