Like most chain hotels in Farmington, this seems to have been built in anticipation of a city sprawl which hasn't happened. You'll have to drive to everything. Found a few fit and finish issues with our room but they weren't a deterrent. Of more concern was the side door by the pool which didn't open with the key card from the outside and didn't latch securely if it wasn't manually closed. It was frequently not closed when we used it.
Selected this property because it was the only hotel in the area with an operating pool and spa. While they certainly were in operation, I was surprised to find that while sitting on the edge of the spa my hands stuck to the paint on the coping and paint was on my hands when I stood up.
The property is adequate and allowed us to enjoy a memorable vacation but I would choose somewhere else if their pool and spas were open.
