Stayed for a date night, hotel was clean comfortable. All the staff was friendly and the onsite pub was a added bonus

Was listed as having a restaurant on site. Restaurant was closed with the only food option a frozen pizza at the downstairs bar. No elevators on site. The pizza was good but not my first option.

Room was very clean but the cable TV was glitchy and loses signal in clear weather

Check in was quick. Everything was clean. The whirlpool was great, as was the fireplace. The heater fan was a little.

Close proximity to desired areas of travel in the area, convenience of restaurant on site, staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only issue we had was that the heat in our room did not work. I called the front desk and the man working that evening took us to look at a couple different rooms to choose one that had the heat working. He was very accommodating.

The only staff i dealt with was the front desk and he was friendly and professional. The room was clean, quiet, and i felt safe. It wasn't top of the line, the toilet tank would run every 5 minutes or so, the light bulbs were mismatched and had to hunt for plug ins to charge my phone, but it was very clean and quiet.

This hotel is a great location for experiencing the town of Escanaba and the nearby park. It was decorated beautifully for the fall season. It appeared that we were in a newly renovated room. All worked well except for a slow drain in the shower which we meant to report upon leaving. There was a Tesla supercharger nearby which allowed us to travel around the UP and visit Marquette and Pictured Rocks with no EV range anxiety. It made our first trip to the UP a very enjoyable one.

Nice hotel. Will stay there again if bar & resturant reopen. We checked before booking to be sure if there was a bar & restaurant. Their website says there is. But we hen we arrived we were told both closed during Covid ( nearly 3 years ago) and did not reopen.
