Don't be fooled by the reception desk, that is the best customer service you will receive. After that, customer service goes down the drain. The people working at the buffet except for 1 single waitress were all rude and looked like they did not want to be there at all. 3 days and 2 nights and i had NO HOT WATER. Not even luke warm. I had 2 roaches just chilling in my room and i was on the 2nd floor. If you get stuck in the elevator you might pass out from heat as the fan DO NOT WORK. I told the hotel about this and they still did not provide a discount or anything. When i arrived i had high hopes for this hotel but it was getting worse day by day. I was very happy to leave and go to a hotel that has functioning water and people that were happy to work. I have no intention of going back to Douala and even less of going back there.

Stayed there for a couple of days the hotel was very clean and the room was spacious, the staff were all the time smiling and helpful, the food is ok you have a choice between buffet and menu, the swimming pool is clear and refreshing. I really had a great time.

A wonderful hotel with excellent customer service. I enjoyed the local art collection in the room and spaces. The local dishes were delicious. There should be arrangements for USB phone and laptop charging.

Hotel stuff are extremely friendly. The buffet was good. Enjoyed all the different type of dishes I had. Barbeque nights are also good. The rooms are big and spacious. Hotel caters for both leisure and business travels. For a French speaking country the front desk are well spoken in English which makes checking easy

We just survived a 24 hour trip back to Texas and I literally can't hold my thoughts about this place! Our stay at Krystal was AMAZING. From the very first day we arrived, the reception was so warm. Boy oh boy, that glass of juice brought to us when we were checking in was so refreshing! Our bags were taken out of the car and up to our room in a timely fashion. The staff were very pleasant, polite and they all spoke English aswell. We had the executive suite and it was quite spacious. The jacuzzi was on point! My son LOVED it. We always looked forward to breakfast! The variety was countless! From the various bread choices, to , crepes ,freshly squeezed natural juice etc All in all, we loved our stay!

The stay was short but nice. Clean rooms and very welcoming people. At first, I was skeptical about staying in this hotel due to its location on the map. I was well received and given a personal tour of the hotel by Anne who made sure I knew where everything is found. Her service was so professional and the reception was available whenever I had questions. I immediately felt at home. Good food and 24 hour room service. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Africa.

The best luxurious hotel in central Africa . Le lunch buffet is so good with African and European foods , large variety of desserts from best tropical fruits to large selection of French patisseries. The rooms are nice , you will have the best sleep you have never had . No noise , no daylight light ; just your zzzzz

I stayed for more than two weeks in the hotel and I found what I am looking for of excellent quality service, the food which they have a buffet with incredible Chef Pascal with the variety of delicious dishes, and the choices of cheese, further more the meats on the grill that you cannot resist, and let me not forget Chef Saleem with his Pastry selections of delicious sweets, the Sunday branch around the swimming pool with the life music and family environment having the excellent idea of the day care to look after the kids and couples enjoying their moment together to be honest in all my travels I did not see a day care around the hospitality business. Let me not forget the unknown solders house keeping Clementine with her tender care, and I am sure that her collogues as well same as her. I wish all the best to Krystal Palace staff and management and I hope to keep going with the excellent teamwork.
