Property was nice but they didn't take care of disability as well as other places we have stayed . Did not like that the parking was off property. Valet was very good. Most employees were very nice and helpful.

The hotel was lovely! The surprise came when we got the bill. With each meal at the restaurant Abalone, there was a restaurant service fee plus an automatic 18% gratuity fee. Also, there was a $30 resort fee per day. Self-parking was $15 a day unless you wanted valet at $30 a day. These add-ons were not clearly communicated on the hotel description or when we checked in.

The staff was so unprofessional and rude. I travel a lot and stay at hotels frequently and the attitude from every employee was beyond words. I don't know why they have bad manners and a rude demeanor.

We love staying here because it is amazing. we stay here every chance we can get and every time we come the staff is amazing. From rob at the front desk to the amazing bartenders. They treat is great every time. Highly recommend

I booked this hotel for an employee, who made a point to let me know that Rob & Andi at the hotel have gone above and beyond to make him feel welcome and comfortable. On this particular visit, he mentioned Rob made his visit really great. He feels very much at home when he stays here, and always requests this hotel when he travels to this area. I'll always book him here!

When we arrived, there were no signs directing us to the entrance of the hotel, which is tucked in behind another building down a dark driveway. When we got inside and up the stairs, there was no one at the check-in desk for a few minutes. In addition, I needed to cancel a second room, because one of my party had a canceled flight and couldn’t come. I had tried to cancel this room several days ago, but was told that it was not refundable. One would think that the hotel would accommodate the room cancellation because of canceled flight, but they were unwilling to do it, and did not seem particularly apologetic about it. When I inquired again at the front desk tonight, about canceling the room, the person told me that she could not help me, and that I needed to speak to a reservation manager during the day tomorrow, and again not particularly concerned that she had a frustrated customer standing in front of her. I will not stay in this hotel again.

Customer service is always exceptional! Room is clean and comfy. Oceanfront rooms have a great view and our last stay we had a partial view that was awesome as well. The pool is amazing and the beach access is top notch We always stay here when we visit Daytona!

The partial ocean view we had from balcony was gorgeous! The infinity pool area is also very beautiful. I took off two stars due to the food at the restaurant not being served hot and for housekeeping services not returning a lost item.

Beautiful Hotel. Beautiful Beach great way to bring in our New Year. Food, Bars, Nightclubs, Entertainment all within walking distance. We had a 1 bedroom corner suite. Amazing views. Will be back.
