Hotel fantástico, com ótimo café da manhã, acomodações e equipe excelente!

We stayed in the Devile arriving and departing from a trip to The Pantanal. It is lovely in all respects; clean, cheerful service, good beds.

Clean and cozy rooms. Good bed & mattress. Excellent breakfast buffet with variety of bollos (cakes), breads, fresh juices, delicious fruit salad, avocado, scrambled eggs, cheese... All very tasty. Nice and efficient service.

Spent a week for work, hotel, staff and service very good. Abundant breakfast Clean room, only flaw are the thin glasses. Apart few of the staff, most speak absolutely nothing of even basic english, fortunately fixable with google traslate.

Dirty bathroom in rooms. There were previous guests’ hair in shower and on bathroom floor. Poor quality food in dining service and room service. Front desk doesnt fully understand English making it hard and confusing the checkin and checkout processes.

Good location. Nice pool. Decent enough place for a one night stopover. V little English is spoken but that wasn't a great issue. Ate at the bar which was absolutely fine. Big pool to relax beside with towels provided

Our first stay, we were upgraded to a really lovely room. FABULOUS comfortable bed/linen/pillows. Air on good. Bathroom good. The restaurant for breakfast offered a good buffet however the coffee choice was really disappointing. A machine just didn’t cut it. Really poor considering Brazil has such brilliant coffee. The porters were great too. And some English at reception.

Great place to stay in Cuiaba, in town walk-able to grocery and drug stores. Nice bar and restaurant and pool and amenities. Staff was super friendly and helpful. $10 taxi ride to the airport, and only 20 minutes away.

The Hotel is well located, but they do have a huge problem with housekeeping, Room service and Restaurant service. While the personal is nice and friendly, they take for ever to serve any meal that you order. On the restaurant some time take over an hour for a soup! If you ask for a more elaborate dish is even worse. On room service same issue, you order and take about an hour and half to receive your meal. Now, housekeeping, is another deal! They are short of personal and are inconsistent with the service! I gave arrive the hotel twice at 6 pm after al day out, and my room was still not clean. On one occasion they just changed the towel and put the “ Do not disturb “ sign on the door! Totally unacceptable. I have spoke with Management, but since there is not sustainability, today was the same! Very por Customer service
