ベイビュー・イン(Bayview Inn)

when we first arrived there was a homeless man at the check in window so me and my friend had to stay in our car until he left (we are both young women and didn’t want to leave our stuff unattended in my car) once we checked in and got into the room it took merely seconds to notice the uncleanliness even though we were both ready to crash immediately. there was some black powdery looking substance that filled the toilet with every flush, there were clumpy black makeup stains all over my pillow and when we grabbed something to scrape at it , it flaked right off, our bedding had white stains all over it and again, when we took a wet cloth to it… it came right off. thus showing the bedding had not been washed. we walked down to the check in window outside again with all of our stuff and had to get a new room arranged, the guy at the desk was quick with getting us a new, clean room but it was not ideal for two 20 year olds to be standing outside in a seemingly sketchy area and 2am. i wouldn’t recommend this stay unless they flip their stuff around. we felt unsafe and icky.

We enjoyed the hot jet bath!! We had two things we concerned 1) smell in the room like wet carpet? 2) some constant noise is coming from outside like dropping water...

We absolutely loved the three Queen bed room! It was spacious and met our needs perfectly! It could have been more clean (floors swept and vacuumed better, newer linens), but we aren’t too picky. If you are picky, maybe not the best spot for you. Otherwise, pleased with our stay.

This is a no frills type place, kinda run down, no amenities, ice machines broke, worst mattress ever, but it's close to the beach and the aquarium and well, you get what you pay for, cheap.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was very out dated and there was no ice on the whole property (both ice machines were broken). The room were spacious and was a great value compared to others in town

I got stung by a needle on my foot luckily it was me not my kids my towel was dirty with mud and the hair dryer was broken

We were in town to support family with funeral arrangements after a recent loss. So it was a last min book while driving down there. The hotel was fine. It worked for what we needed. The bed wasn’t too bad but the sheets kept coming off which was annoying. The fan in the bathroom sounded like a chain saw and came in when you turned on the light. But over all the room was clean and worked for what we needed, just a bed for a couple nights.

Staff was super friendly and helpful the room was nice, a little run down but overall very clean the jacuzzi was absolutely amazing!

This place looks great on the outside but I was not impressed by the poor quality inside of the room for the high price we paid. We paid $150 per night for 2 adults and there was only 1 towel, washcloth etc. So I'm glad I brought my own. The jacuzzi tub was dirty, had what looked like nail polish in it as well as some dark spots from something and one of the jets was broken but we didn't use the jets due to them being so loud. The linens looked dirty, the room had a very strong cologne smell like someone had dumped an entire bottle in the room & since I have a condition that makes it hard to breathe around strong scents & it makes me nauseated I had to open all of the windows & sometimes I would have to stand out in the hallway. The alarm clock needed to be updated,it looked like it was from the 50s, the shower faucet was coming off off the wall, there was only two pillows and the bed will leave you sore the next morning. The good things about the stay here was the tv & The friendliness of the staff. As for parking, there is very little so good luck finding a spot especially if you're driving a large vehicle. There's no breakfast offered but they do have coffee in the office. Over all I was thankful to have a warm place to stay & I appreciate The friendly attitudes of the staff.
