Once we arrived to the hotel we have done check in which we was given a key for room 113.
Once we open the room there was a couple sleeping that was waken up by the door opening.
I returned to reception to report the incident, we was given room 317.
Once we arrived to the room the room was freezing cold with the window half open, the bathroom was freezing cold with only towels for one person.
As it was very late and being over tired due to travel we decided not to contact reception.
Breakfast in the next morning was ok but coffee was almost called and hardly any bread left
I have reported to reception all the fiasco but i was told if we wanted to have another coffee and to complain directly to there manager.
This is a very poor service
