ノボテル オリシャ コトヌー(Novotel Cotonou Orisha)

離機場近，園內對面就是ibis ，同一個旗下 早上餐廳可見和房間可見景還不錯！但他們的刷卡機不太好用，記得備點現金！除了服務員，其他人基本講法語，需要排車逛100美金僱一個會講英語的很好用！離一個旅遊廣場也近！機場有車（也會掛ibis）回酒店，10分鐘以內！

Parfait! Personnel respectueux au petit soin

Terribly designed rooms with open wash basin and shower. No privacy at all and extremely inconvenient if 2 people are staying in a room. In addition our room was in a terrible condition too. Broken bed side reading lamp and several stains on the ceiling. Upgradation required urgently. Overall Property is nice but the working staff are quite rude and unaccommodating. Lots of training required. Very few options for vegetarians and its quite inconvenient. Quality of Food and Training Level of Staff definitely needs to improve if they want to host global travelers.

I returned to Hotel Novotel Cotonou Orisha Hotel again, this time for dinner with my host. My wife and I enjoyed our stay in February so I came back for dinner on this trip to enjoy the buffet once again. The selection and quality of the food is exceptional.

Room was clean and spacious. The bar area was nice and the pool looked spectacular. This hotel is very close to the airport. There’s on site dining and an ATM along with two gift shops. The first night their systems would not take credit cards; we had to pay cash only so be prepared. The bathroom situation is not set up for privacy. The shower and sink are open without a door. You can see the sink in the photo and the shower is just beyond it; there’s not even a shower door or curtain. The toilet however does have a door. Luckily I was staying alone but this would definitely not work if you were staying with a friend or two.

The location was very nice. 10 min from the airport. Room was small but with comfortable bed. The shower does not have a door to close. We had breakfast and dinner there. It was alright. Nice pool area.

Really very happy with this hotel. Super clean and modern and the food is not only good, it's excellent! No worries for food, drinks, and cleaniness. The staff was so helpful and even found us a driver at the last minute on a Sunday and we liked him so much, we asked for him again. The manager is present and friendly and cares about the clients. Just five minutes from the airport and love the pool!

Our business colleague checked into this hotel and accepts Conferma as a virtual payment but would not accept it or a credit card. They said they only accept cash! I will be writing an email to the CEO of Accor hotels.

I enjoyed my stay at the Novotel. The rooms were reasonably spacious and the food available was good. The staff were friendly and helpful - I particularly mention Eurydice and Nadine.
