ワーラムバングルズ マウンテン モーテル(Warrumbungles Mountain Motel)

This is well worth the 8km drive from Coonabarabran. Just ideal for recharging your batteries. The peace and quiet combined with nature's gifts is so therapeutic. We stayed two nights, but for a commitment, would have loved to have spent more time here. Will be back.

Thank you Ryan and Kimberley we had an awesome few days at your motel, catching up with extended family. This was our third visit and we always love coming back. Comfy beds, clean rooms, bbq outside and plenty of play equipment to keep the kids entertained. Relaxing time spent with family, can't ask for more. This was our third visit to WMM. The property has new owners and a new manager, Ryan and his wife Kimberley. They are very friendly and are working incredibly hard; currenty cleaning, cooking, and maintaining 25 acres by themselves while looking after their 2 young children. Ryan is enthusiastic, has a great work ethic and is definitely an asset to the business. Hopefully they get some staff soon to relieve the huge workload. The motel rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable although some of the kitchenettes and bathrooms require updating. Lovely grounds to have a swim, a BBQ, spot the abundant birdlife and enjoy the magnificent night sky. Very close to Siding Springs Observatory and the picturesque Warrumbungles. The property is now being developed for camping/caravans. Currently there are limited powered sites available and more toilet/shower facilities will be required. We look forward to our next visit and seeing the improvements to WMM.

Great location, a little isolated so perfect, easy access to the Warrumbungles & Siding Springs Observatory

Very convenient location. Friendly staff. Great budget accommodation. Enjoyed the fish and chips dinner as well. Nicely maintained grounds. Room were were in - the family room - was very spacious, and would be ideal for someone with several children . Shower was a pleasant relief after a long day or driving and sightseeing. Bathroom was very clean. Caught the ABC news on the TV and enjoyed hearing that Fiji beat the Wallabies! Wi Fi seemed fine and no problems. It was a bit of a chilly morning - and the inverter /heat was fantastic. Plenty of hot water as well. There is a pool and a playground. We heard that there are new owners?/managers? And, we wish them all the best of luck with this new opportunity as they sort through any issues with a new business.

Great location to Warrumbungle National Park, nice quiet and peaceful location, well appointed motel rooms with everything you need. Guest laundry.

Great motel out of town. It has all the amenities you will need for self catering. The rooms are not fancy but are clean and well kept. There are an abundance of bird species around the property and if you just have patience you can spot some king fishers, diamond fire tails and we think we saw a Robin fly passed. This is also handy to the Worrumbungles National Park and also the Siding Spring Observator, which are both worth visiting.

We stayed 3 nights. The motel was very clean and comfortable. There are motel rooms and camp ground as well. There is plenty of room for children to play safely out back of the motel units. There is a pool. We have stayed here several times and it is about 8km from Coonabarabran and 24 from Warrumbungle National Park. Great location!

Fantastic location, tranquil and relaxed. Unfortunately the wifi only worked in the car park and not in our room, that wifi was available was a bit misleading
