Very unprofessional staff, and you can’t imagine how lazy the staffs, I drove a long way about 1,000 km and arrived the hotel at 1:00am midnight, snowing, windy night, surprising is the reception closed, they stick the notice on the reception door, showing 2 phone number and mentioned about that if you need any service please call the phone number, but I tried to call both of the phone number almost an hour non-stop to call, NO ONE ANSWER the call. I saw the box outside the reception door “key box” oh my god! I found a key! But that is reception key, okay fine! Try to open the door, finally I entered to the reception and ring the reception bell long times ago, finally the staff woke up and then check in finally. This is very horrible services and very very lazy and unprofessional. Interesting is when I entered my room, saw the notice again!!! Oops! Learned a new things, after used a tissue, you better to put into you pocket and safe it. Totally horrible experienced, not recommended anyone book this hotel if you still have choice. Motel was convenient for parking snowmobile at my front door. I was not happy with the free breakfast it was a little table with cereal, bread for toast, cup of yogurt, and plastic wrapped muffin. Jug of orange juice also on table. Other motels offer eggs, sausage and waffles. I think the sidewalks in front of the motel doors should have been shovelled and free of ice and snow. On the surface the room looked clean but soon discovered toe nails in the clothes drawers debris under the beds, microwave semi clean Etc etc. For the price of $115 a night it was ok but last time I stayed a few years ago conditions were better.

We liked the friendliness and location. We wanted a basic and clean room and that’s exactly what we expected and received. Would stay here again!

Breakfast was suppose to be included. What was supplied was a joke......no coffee even.

Price was okay, our bed was not made the 2nd day. Breakfast was limited, more like just toast and a muffin.

No one in the office to check in. As soon as we walked in it smelt like an ash tray. The light switches don’t work and the water to our room took 10 minutes to run warm. No chain lock on the door. It’s also right next to a truck stop so very noisy.

Was near restaurants therefore it was easy to get some food upon a later arrival.
