La bañera tenía moho y se estaba callando la lámpara el pasador de la puerta **b el cuarto esta muy chico. El concepto de ese hotel es micro hotel deberían de saber antes de reservar. La televisión **b esta pequeña y pocos canales. Para el precio deja muchísimo que desear. No lo recomiendo.

Service was good, but the room was not clean enough, bedsheets had hairs, the bathroom smelled bad, the heater control didn't work at all, the curtain was broken the light came inside the room at nigh. The only reason I had to stay there is because they are the only hotel that accept pets.

Rooms are pricey for the size. Used to bigger and better restrooms. Shower waaay small. Surprised to see such a small room in a hotel.

Overall recommended. The price was very affordable, everything that one needs to do around the area is within walking distance, and it is recommended to inlcude the breakfast option; the breakfast buffet serves very decent food for the money.

Breakfast buffet was good and staff was attentive and friendly. Overall facility was clean but the size of the room does not match what is presented in the website. Also pillows were dirty and smelly, had to purchase a couple for us to use. Overall the experience was acceptable.

The ibis Hotel was great, I enjoyed my stay there. there is plenty of dinning places near the Hotel that you can go and the people were very friendly.

It was advertised there would be AC and there wasn’t ! I was dying of a heat stroke in the winter! I tried turning it on and they said they only turn it on in the summer. Also, advertised is a laundry room/section and there was not. We are ended up getting the dry cleaning service was was about 60 something dollars and it wasn’t a big amount of clothes. I wish there would have been a laundry room.

really close to the american consulate and they always have taxis outside waiting if people needs them

If you are going to be doing your immigration visa this hotel is literally outside from all of your appoin**ents! It takes all the worry and stress away. Food at the hotel is delicious! Staff is very helpful on giving you advise and taxi transportation! Reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the room didn’t come with and microwave, mini fridge, or ironing board, However you can ask down stairs in the lobby to heat up your food. I would highly recommend this place for peace of mind!
