Do not go here!! Not at all 5 star, maybe 2 stars at most. Paying at least 1.600.000 rupiah or 100 euro is totally not worth it! Shame on this hotel!! What went wrong?

1. The showerroom was too small
2. Multiple parts in the shower were poorly finished and fell apart when touching by hand
3. The laundry line was broken
4. Some floors near the bed were cracked and pointed upwards and were no longer smooth, walking on bare foot could cause cuts

7. No lotions, no Combs, etc., only basic essentials.
Pro
1. The view was very well. Using the pool and garden of Batavia appartments mainly as eye attraction, their own pool and the skyscrapers at the distance.

2. Gym had a lot of running machines but beyond that not a lot of heavy equipment, but still enough to train all muscle groups

Food Quality was lower then an avissa 3 star hotel. The vegetable mix was like an ocean of salt and all other recipes and preparation were made with the cheapest available products. A real shame to see and eat.
Not one dish that was enjoyable.
Staff
Has still got to learn a lot. Compared to my stay in Okura Prestige in Bangkok these staff are lightyears away of how to interact and talk to customers.
E.g. when checking out, dont speed up while there is nobody else around to check out.Also when the customer has complains do not give opportunities to let them be spoken out loud in the lobby. I did this with courtesy of lower voice, but another wont be this satisfied with the many problems in this 5 star hotel.
This and also numerous other lazy attitude.
Staff Not shocked at all of the numerous complaints, not even when showing proof. pictures were taken by the front desk girl of my pictures, but the problems not even checked out by themselves. It didn't feel as it was taken serious and probably the next customers will get the same errors.
When i checked in there was a huge line to check in. There were two front desk open, while the third was closed. Instead of asking a person in front of me to be courted to their third check in, it was me that was guided instead, while the other people were waiting longer then me. Also the staff member that came to help me should have anticipated the situation already for time period and possible camera view of the length of the line, before these long queues started to exist. I checked in around 15:20.
If it was up to me i would fire the head manager, do an entire room check up, fire or re-train all kitchen staff, replace food heaters that are broken or function badly and get at least a decent chef. Even a normal indo mom with no food education could cook better then this. The love for the food, service or customer is just not there. Even name plates for the food items were wrong in multiple spots. How much more can you be uncaring.

An other hotel named Kuretakeso kemang hotel in Jakarta has given me so far the best breakfast with sushi, but also best flavourable main dish.
Still shocked of this to be a 5 star.
