Good!

Hotel en general que necesita una actualización, se nota que tiene unos años encima. El servicio y la atención de los empleados, para mi lo mejor del hotel, al menos por mi experiencia. La comida deja algo que desear, aparte de que no siempre hay de todo. Vale la pena reservar en el restaurante del Malecón, tanto el servicio como la comida son mejores que en el self service. Y el bar de la playa también es una buena idea por el entorno y la tranquilidad. En cuanto a la animación, los chicos/as lo intentan aunque sin muchos resultados. Los espectáculos por la noche bien en general, aunque no deberían de dejar pasar tanto tiempo entre el mismo y la discoteca. Pasa casi más de una hora entre uno y otro y la gente se enfría. La playa no es amplia y bastante sucia de algas y demás. Aunque intentan cuidarla a diario. Creo que en general tiene buena relación calidad precio. Pero para playa mejor ir hasta Playa Pilar o alguna de otro hotel.

Ну, для Кубы это средний нормальный отель. Но это где-то 3 звёзды. Из огромных минусов - невероятное количество комаров и ещё больше мух. Невозможно спокойно жить. Еда - выбор стандартный для Кубы, даже неплохой. В остальном ничего необычного. + Выделить не могу. Только если вы пьёте, то наливают без остановки, в основном пиво. Но это такой себе плюс. Так делают везде и не вижу в этом ничего хорошего. Потрёпанный, старенький. На 2 из 5 сойдет.

Stayed at the hotel Sept. 1 -Sept. 8 Pros: Nice people working at the resrt Gorgeous beach Great chambermaid service Cons: Limited food and drink selection. No variety at all for food and drink options, they ran out of everything, no fish at all, very limited seafood. No fresh juices only kool-aid sort of drinks, forget about margaritas, no tequilla. The hotel was overrun by Cuban Families and they take entire cakes etc. to their tables, could care less about the tourists getting anything. Loads of food waste. two people will order 12 pizza's at a time and will be served them before you get 1, and they don't tip the workers, we do! Unruly kids throughout the resort, not being disciplined at all. I like kids but this was unreal. Cuban families not following the hotel rules, screaming and yelling the whole time, familes with food and drink in the adult pool. Expensive to buy things like liquor or cigarettes to take home or consume there. They base everything on the US dollar, so you can buy with a CC or American dollars. Can't buy with Canadian. If you go to Pilar beach they will charge you to take a sun bed. Broken escallator at airport (was there in Jan. and it was broken then as well). 0 airconditoning, must have been 90 degrees while waiting 3 hours for return flight. Mosquitos that will bite you no matter what sort of repellent you have on. I stil have scars and am itching after 3 weeks. If you misplace something you will never get it back. Overall after my last 2 experiences I will not go back to Cuba until it goes back to the old way. I have been there 15+ times and by far it is worse now than ever. The government needs to realize that we provide huge dollars for them and in return we want a nice vacation with decent food and to be treated as well as we treat them. We give give give and in the end get a kick in the -ss. Don't recommend this hotel, there is a reason why Cuba is cheap.

Horrible experience. It should be called Mosquito instead Mojito. Mosquitos, millions of them, anytime of the day. the hotel does some effort to control but is useless. Also the food was not good. The only fruit they have were bananas, and no milk or tea or coffee or cheese for breakfast. Neither fresh salad, everything was from cans.The staff was friendly but you cannot make up the lack of basic stuff. Long walk to the beach...the pool was needing a cleaning and they had a red flag, so we could not use it. The room was Ok, but the washroom needs upgrades. The installation in general needs some TLC. Terrible experience, I will never come back.

Hi, just some comments. If you are a pool person then recommended being aware of it. Never see the green pool in Cuba, guest service should inform people that they don't have chemicals to care the pool clean. In our last day they clean swimming pool but not sure how long will be good to use. On the beach only 3 umbrellas, so if you worry about shadows then can find some issues if more than 6 persons are on the beach. Plus the wooden path where the point almost to the beach is moving ( broken) when do step on it moves up and down, can be dangerous for falls and breaking bones, especially for kids and elders. Good things beach clean daily, nice sand and awesome view. Food would recommend being on time when starting meals, otherwise can be some issues. First 2 days ( on weekend) we were 30-40 min later than the meal started and all tray was empty and fresh fish and meat is taken by Cuban tourists. Only rice is always enough. Management tried to fix it somehow, but not sure for how long will be okay, so I just aware. The staff as everywhere are good when you tip, you miss to give tips not even offered the water on lunch, just pass by you, you need to ask. Cigar bar no complaints, Fredy always welcomes and does his job professionally. Feel always welcome. The restaurant A la carte is strongly recommended to use, no stress and the food is good, specifically the Mediterranean. Gardening keeps good. The room was okay, only the safe didn't work( didn't even bother the recepion), in refrigerator was smell like someone died, guess never was washed. Water was replaced day after another, couple days daily. When too humidity hard to seat at the lobby, there is no fan at all. Will I be back there at Mojito resort, don't think so.

Checked in sept 25, till oct 2nd 2022, worst resort I've ever stayed at. There is 3 pools, one is green, one is turning green, and the other one is over run by locals, and hasnt been cleaned once. The resort is full of locals steeling all the food, so the paying guests get the leftovers IF there is anything left for us. The safes in the rooms are all broken, worst vacation ever, and still have a few daya left The staff I can say are very nice . Do not book here.
