Hotel E Santa Maria

Defenetly not worth the price. Everything is old and barely ok. There is a square just in front where Cubans hang, they screamed and yelled all night until 5:45h, couldn’t sleep. If that weren’t enough, the chapel just in front rings its bell at 6:30h. The staff are nice but nothing more.

We were there with a travel group Djoser from the Netherlands. In my opinion it was a great stay. Nice big and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff and an excellent breakfast. So I would recommend this nice hotel if you plan on going to Camagüey.

The staff picked us up at the bus station even though it was the middle of the night. Other assistance was provided in English. Thank you. The night sky seen from the attic was very beautiful. Breakfast was provided upon request, although there is a charge for this service. I have no complaints about the facilities.

Pésimo trato de parte del personal especialmente el que esta en la puerta del hotel en primera a los cubanos no los dejan entrar falta de respeto total. A si son P de ellos si esas si las dejan pasar. Hay un señor ***** que esta en la puerta q tiene un pésimo comportamiento me trato super mal en fin jamas pego mas un pie en ese local que nada tiene calidad lo poco q hay no sirve no recomiendo este lugar y mucho menos si eres Cubano ya que serás mal tratados por los ignorantes q trabajan allí. Para ser mas exacta esto ocurrió el 10-03-24 Un trato digno de demandar por parte del señor que estaba en la puerta un ***** Alto de cara ancha con mal aspecto ademas.luego del medio dia. Vergüenza

Ich habe im Rahmen einer Rundreise hier eine Nacht verbracht. Das Parken vor dem Hotel ist sehr ungünstig. Der Weg des Reisegepäcks ist weiterhin im Hotel erschwert durch einen sehr kleinen Fahrstuhl. Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt ein kleines und ein großes Atrium, welche beide sehr nett sind. Leider wurde das Essen auf einem Restaurant auf dem Dach des Hotels eingenommen. Der Weg dorthin führt über Dachinstallationen und ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Blick vom Dach ist unspektakulär. Der Service im Hotel könnte besser sein. Meine Basisausrüstung für Kuba als Tipp: 1. Leichter Schlafsack 2. Kleines Daunenkopfkissen 3. Toilettenpapier 4. Seife und Duschgel 5. Desinfektionsmittel 6. Bug Spray (Bed Bugs) 7. Wasserfilter (z.B. von Bachgold) 8. Gewürze (Salz, Pfeffer, Chili etc.) 9. Gute Reiseapotheke (die Apotheken in Kuba sind zur Zeit leer) 10. Taschenlampe 11. Powerbank 12. Kubanische SIM Karte am Flughafen holen für WLAN

Me gusta mucho el hotel. Totalmente renovado , mucha limpieza , servicio de excelencia . Los trabajadores muy amables y muy profesionales, buen show , buena comida . En fin hotel recomendado para pasar en famila . Resaltar el trabajo de recepción y relaciones públicas por su buen trato.

Die letzten Bewertungen liegen schon lange zurück. Unsere Erfahrungen waren nicht besonders gut: Ein einziger Lift, wenig vertrauenserweckend. Im Zimmer funktionierte einiges nicht und Steckdosen fehlten. Das ganze Intérieur braucht unbedingt eine Renovierung! Das Frühstück wird ab 7 Uhr angeboten. Als wir ankamen, waren der Kaffee und die Früchte bereit, sonst nichts! Zwanzig Minuten später erhielt jeder Gast einen bereits gefüllten Teller mit vielen Sachen, die man gar nicht wollte. Merkwürdiges System! Diese Hotel war das schlechteste auf der ganzen Rundreise!

Un precioso alojamiento, muy cuidado y con una ubicación excepcional en la Ciudad de Camagüey. El restaurante de la terraza muy bueno. El personal super atento. El lobby bar tiene una oferta agradable y es genial sent**** en el patio interior, te sientes como transportado a otra época.

J'ai adoré le service et le décor. Les serveurs sont très attentionnés et de la classe. Je suis allée tout les jours pour prendre mon capucino à l'américaine. Les salles de bain très propres et le décor et service au resto au dernier étage était excellent.
