Very nice hotel to stay at very comfortable since it is in downtown it has a lot places to go visit

The pool at Hotel Arts was lovely—we were on a staycation, and the pool really made us feel like we were on a tropical holiday. The rooms and the service were also everything you would want out of a hotel, with a location to boot. Great experience all around.

Rooms were clean, nice building. Does not have a hot tub, not clearly marked that it’s unavailable. Overall as expected

We got married here 10 years ago and have a massive soft spot for Hotel Arts. We havent stayed in a while and wanted to go back, hit the pool and enjoy a rare night out. Sad to say, the rooms are TIRED. The bed corners are all torn up, the batroom has so much built up soap scum and what appears to be mold. The only nice this was that the beds are comfortable. The area around the hotel is getting more and more "unfriendly" but the staff do a good job of keeping the immediate area clear. The poolside is just ok. the ambiance is nice, best enjoyed at night. for good reason they serve all drinks in a plastic glass, but it is hard to justify a $15-$20 sub-par made cocktail out of a plastic glass while sitting next to the pool at a table (not swimming). All in all I think we will hold on the the memories of 10 years ago and stay elsewhere next time. I would say that for the price you pay on average at $200 a night, it's not worth it.

Adv: -free parking (don't know if it was included to the price by Expdia or not) -Nice outdoor pool with flames. -Dowtown location What to improve: -Facilities (bed frame come with scratches). And putting a giant fan outside on the floor is not a good way to show this hotel is ready for your stay. At least, let the customer know ahead or give them a better option. (Fan was there for a long while) -A more welcome attitude from the hotel team. (Sharing my experience about this, I have been staying in different hotels and resorts, they may not be the best but their team show welcoming and always share their experience and want to upscale their service. The team itself sometimes give deals like you can have variable choice to the room or facilities included to get the customers to their needs). For your team, everything was almost nice, just upgrade a bit to get the hotel to a more professional. Let your team learn about the facilities, learn about observing the customers and see what may get the customers more happy.

My daughter an I stayed here for a girls weekend. All the staff were very friendly. They texted a few times to make sure our stay was going well and if there was anything we needed. We loved the pool area, wish there was a hot tub though. Also liked that there was free underground parking or paid valet parking. Had room service one night as well, it was very tasty. Would stay here again.

This hotel has a great location and makes it easy to get to the MNP Sports Centre. I have stayed here before and I found that with this visit the property is quite rundown. For example, chips missing out of the soap dish, an ice machine that doesn’t work, frayed bed linens and worn vinyl on the headboard. While any one of these items is not critical, together, they put forward an image of poor maintenance. The Yellow Door Bistro was expensive, and our meal was poor to average. However, the room service breakfast that we ordered from the same restaurant was delicious. Overall, I would just give the experience here an average rating.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Arts. The staff was very helpful and the food was extraordinary.
