The service was excellent, the staff were extraordinarily kind, patient and courteous. The staff seemed to go out of their way to assist in any way needed. The accommodations were ok. The room was old as was the building despite updates. If one is expecting ultra swank, don’t book here.

Need to walk through another parking lot to get access to hotel, bathroom floor was filthy, no large signage to identify hotel, needed to ask another business where hotel was located Desk person was very helpful and service was good. Overall would not recommend this hotel

This place is a total gem! Great service, comfortable rooms, and such a cool historic building. Lots of great touches like robes in the rooms, nice toiletries, jacuzzi tub, complimentary drinks and made to order breakfast. Not to mention it’s in walking distance to so many great cafes and restaurants. Will definitely stay again

All of the "Butlers" were incredibly friendly. They made us feel very welcome & appreciated. Thanks to all! And the breakfast was delish.

The property is great- authentic, quiet, beautifully curated- but the front desk team is the best part.so accommodating and kind. We will be back- a lot!

The Mansion lives up to its name: It is an exquisite, very large vintage home in central Buffalo that has been lovingly remodeled to create a beautiful and enchanting hotel. Apart from the enchanting building and well-appointed rooms, the expertly trained and truly wonderful staff are the stand out feature of The Mansion. They are great: Knowledgeable, generous, courteous, and genuinely helpful. And if that isn't enough, they probably serve one of the best "cooked for you" breakfasts on the planet. Each day, you have a choice of a few different breakfasts. You put in your order, and in a short time you get a beautifully prepared and truly delicious breakfast. This is what staying in a good, old-fashioned hotel is all about!

I was nice - but got little sleep due to many noisy late quests returning from 11 pm to 2 am in morning. Breakfast was very limited n not as explained when we arrived.

The property was warm and inviting as soon as you walked in the doors The warmth of the fireplace and the hospitality of the workers and the drinks available and getting our room ready ahead of our check in time was appreciated this was our first stay and we were very pleased thank you for making our stay enjoyable. We will return

Staff was great! Small touches like the complimentary evening drinks, robes and made to order breakfast were nice. However, the "supreme" room I paid for left me underwhelmed. No curtains, no artwork on the walls... Please note there is no mini fridge or microwave in rooms.
