カサカルマ ホテル(CasaCalma Hotel)

有點像民宿，類似中國漢庭快捷，性價比不高。房間面積大，圖有按摩浴缸，實則很臟且壞了，衞生整體有待提高。窗外有野鴿子做窩，挺可愛。

O hotel é bem agradável. O quarto confortável, silencioso e bem equipado. O chuveiro e a cama são muito bons. A banheira também. Tivemos problemas com o quarto que escolhemos, não estava disponível, mas nos foi devolvido parte do dinheiro, sem problemas. Na saída, ao pagar os extras com cartão de crédito, copiaram os dados do meu cartão, o que eu não gostei. Mas o atendimento é super gentil e o hotel é bem confortável! Recomendo, sim!

La estadia fue excelente, no cuenta con piscina u otras comodidades pero la atencion del staff es EXCELENTE. Desde el dueño hasta el personal de mantenimiento estan predispuestos a ayudar!!

The property is extremely centrally located…you can walk to most places which is saying a lot in Buenos Aires. The rooms are nice but what makes the property stand out is the front desk staff. Every one of them was amazing. They provided great recommendations on activities and booked several excellent tours. The most remarkable though was when we decided to go to a soccer match one night and asked for directions to give a cab driver. W Ed were in the cab when Emily, the manager, sent me a text saying that her staff had told her where we were going and she wanted to makes sure we were with a group and to be careful because it was not in a great part of town. If we got into any trouble to let them know. I thought that was above and beyond the level of service expected, and really something that can o ly be offered by an intimate hotel like Casa Calma. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Nice sized rooms. Clean. Didn't like being watched while eating the breakfast but it is a nice hotel.

It is a great place to stay, the location is perfect and the rooms are spacious and well appointed.

Had a wonderful stay - really enjoyed the whirlpool, especially after a long international flight.

Staff were helpful and excellent. They tried very hard to assist with all. I eould recommend this hotel as as a good value property to a friend.

The staff was really great. Very attentive to our needs, gave us extra supplies when we needed it, and made great suggestions for restaurants and trips. It seems small from the outside, but the rooms are very spacious and quiet. LOVED the showers and big tub! Great location, too. Very easy to walk around and go to cafes and restaurants and many other places nearby. A definite recommend!
