ハンプトン イン ブラウンウッド(Hampton Inn Brownwood)

When I booked this room I specified we needed two queens abd a sleeper sofa for 5 guest,no sleeper sofa when we got to the room and the frount desk just told me sorry and thats it,no what can we do to make it right or anything. One of my guest had to sleep. On my couch. And never will use this hotel chain or this booking site again it is a joke

Our stay was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Very satisfied. Definitely do recommend.

Upon arriving at the property there was a sign that clearly stated check in began at 3 pm. It was definitely after 3 pm, I was notified that my room was not ready yet. We proceeded with the check in process and I was charged an additional $50.00 incidental fee that "will come off in 5 days after you check out." I was called after 4:30 pm to let me know that my room was ready. By that time, we were heading back to more baseball games so we were unable to check in to our room until after 8 pm. We checked out at 8:07 am. I booked a room with refrigerator and microwave and our room did not have a microwave. The pool was inoperable, and I feel that should have been noted somewhere prior to booking. I feel that the cleaning of the room was rushed and not very efficient. Under other circumstances, it may have been ok, but this time I was unhappy with the overall experience.

Well to start with you can’t absolutely couldn’t check in until 3:00. That’s not a big deal if that’s the rule I get it but the attitude of the desk person was definitely not friendly. The worst thing is the swimming pool was closed and the lobby area was hot. There was a couple of people on staff that was very nice to deal with but most were snobby and uncaring of the situation. We basically spent around 200.00 per night and will definitely not go back.

Pet friendly. Room was clean and pleasant. Desk help was helpful.

Very clean, well maintained building. Breakfast was varied and good tho I prefer bacon over sausage. Rates are a bit high. However it is a good choice within the Hilton Fam.

Property was great!

Have stayed at this hotel several times and this was the worst customer service at the front desk that we received. It was family weekend at HPU and the hotel was crowded, but Wes at the front desk still needs to be able to smile and be friendly.
