Good location. Very near from sea. Clean. Kind. I wish I could come here again.

Location is excellent, right on the waterfront of the old city. The hotel itself is very grand so to speak, spacious rooms and large public areas. It is becoming a bit old: Not necessarily run down, but dated. There's a bar area behind reception which looks like it's never seen customers for ages, the breakfast is a bit meager for a hotel of this size but then again Italians don't do big breakfasts. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

The hotel is located right on the boardwalk so you will be in the center of everything. Easy to access shops and restaurants. We stayed in a junior suite. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was huge with a double shower and a double sink. The view from the junior suites is beautiful. If you are a light sleeper and traveling in the summer, you may not want a water- facing room. The restaurants close very late in the summer and it will be noisy in the room. Our cleaning lady was excellent. The room was perfect cleaned every day and all of the supplies were properly refilled. We absolutely loved the breakfast. The hot choices were limited to eggs and sausage but we don’t eat this stuff for breakfast. The typical Italian fare was plentiful: fruit, yogurt, multiple kinds of focaccia, various croissants, cakes, hams, cheeses, bread, etc. The breakfast staff was excellent. Very friendly and efficient. Made us feel welcomed every morning. I am taking a star away for two reasons: 1) no English channels on the TV. I know we are in Italy, but this is an international hotel with the majority of guests being non-Italian. Same goes for the front desk staff. I would expect them to speak enough English for a basic conversation which was not the case. 2) the young lady in black rimmed glasses at the front desk was just plain rude. She never greeted us when we came in and out. Never even made eye contact. Once we approached to ask her a question and didn’t realize that she was on the phone. She literally waived us off. The rest of the front desk staff was friendly. Overall we had a good experience staying in the hotel.

Booked a Junior suite for two nights and wish we hadn’t. Constant smell of sewage from the bathroom and shower. Shower in need of a good descaling from lime build up. Tea and coffee not refilled when we arrived and again not refilled after cleaning. Minibar not working, tired furniture, no smart tv, definitely not good value for money.

The hotel is very well located, it has beautiful classy decoration, rooms are spacious. The breakfast is nice, though it could be a bit more variety. What is the most important - very friendly and helpful staff! Good taxi service by Roberto.

The man who made coffee was gracious kind and welcoming. The staff were polite and helpful. Our large room looked out over thd harbor and was a treat. The shower did not meet the standards of the rest of the hotel. I really hope we can stay there next year. I think a bar would be beautiful in the hotel. There are several cafd bars in the neighborhood but this hotel offers an ambience that cannot be matched nearby.

Excellent position on seafront in Brindisi town Quality Breakfast Professional Staff that go out of their way to help you out Renovation work is underway but is not invasive to the stayover I often use Hotel when in Brindisi Hotel Garage service is available with Reservation.

Location close to everything. Breakfast was good, lots to choose from and good quality. Staff friendly and helpful. Great size room. Clean. Would recommend staying here.

Arrived late and had the most gorgeous welcome with our young daughter. Staff are lovely. The place is amazing and in such a glorious location. However - in need of modernisation - products in bathroom, harsh lighting, damaged furniture.
