I appreciated the staff, who, while having to work long hours because of understaffing, were friendly and helpful. Adam was especially competent and made me egg without cheese, which was really appreciated. No one was able to help us to connect using Casting to the room televisions, despite many attempts. That would have been nice. This isn't so much in your control but the area surrounding the hotels is full of litter from Tim Hortons. It would be good for the hotels and restaurants to help keep the surrounding area clean so walks around the hotel property are more pleasant. Beds were nice. Only had towels for two even though four checked in.

My room wasn’t clean, the coffee machine didn’t work and one of the guest services people was pretty rude. I’ve stayed in other hotels in Bonnyville and they are much cheaper and much better. I wouldn’t stay at this place again.

Always stay here when we come to Bonny! Great people!

Our room was not serviced in 3 days. No fresh towels or coffee fill up etc. we wanted to use the bar the service was painfully slow and they called last orders and gave us 15 mins to drink our drinks. We were a large group wanted to spend money there but they were no interested. Also booking through ******* or any third party group was cheaper than their “ special group rate “

Location of hotel is nice

Clean room, nice layout with lots of counter space to lay out your bags/belongings. Unfortunately the temperature in our room was never stable. It was either a sauna or ice cold.
