We always stay here when in Bismarck. It's quiet - never have we had kids running up and down hallways, and people loudly talking/slammimg does etc., during our stops here.

Shower floor was durty ir have a black sticky stain all over They didn’t have soap to buy or coins to give me change And lady on front desk insisted of tried to help me was on a personal phone call all the time:(

We were welcomed by an awesome employee then shift changed and the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and short with not just me but a room full of guests in the lobby. We went to the room after check in and noticed what looked like blood on the door. There were drops on the appliances like someone splashed something and it wasn’t cleaned. We laid down in the bed and the pillows smelled like someone with greasy Smokey hair was just laying there so I’m not confident the sheets or bedding was washed. I’ve never written a bad review but for the $200 I spent I wasn’t really happy.

Pillows were horrible. I could have stacked together and still would have been flat. Otherwise nice place; love Home 2 Suites

I love staying at this hotel! We are always treated well and the rooms are so spacious and clean. Love it!

Clean facility, very nice hotel, great location and breakfast selections were great also! Would stay again!

The room could have been cleaned a little better but overall we enjoyed our stay, very quiet and very helpful staff.

It’s a shame cause I been here before and everything was clean. Dirty sponge with food under the counter and no liquid dish detergent and dirty shower its not acceptable. This is just basics and I know cause I was a housekeeper for years here in Bismarck and Colorado. Short of staff doesn’t mean a bad job. Again it’s a shame and more for price. Definitely I’m going to try another hotel. Cleanness it’s everything.

Overall the hotel was good. BUT, upon entering our room, we discovered old food left in the fridge from the previous guest, there was chocolate smashed into the one night table, and there were crumbs in the fold out couch. We let the front desk know and they apologized but didn’t offer to do anything to correct this problem. I was not impressed. Besides that, it wasn’t too bad. Breakfast options could have been better.
