We stayed 3 nights and our room was not cleaned even once. No fresh towels, bedding, coffee or cups. We were advised breakfast was from 7am to 11am. Went the first day and breakfast buffet was cold. The second day there was no breakfast at all set up. The waitress was good though, very polite. After our second day, we returned to the hotel and our cards were deactivated so we had to go to the front desk to reactivate them. Our room was right next to the pool so we had kids steaming most of the time. Front desk was slow and unapologetic. Overall, a very poor experience. We will seek another place to stay in the future.
