Non smoking room with smoking bad smell. Average cleanliness, luckily just a short stay, else I wouldn't consider this hotel more than a night.

It was already paid And they did not let the guest get in He waited tired for more than an hour because they said he needs to have a credit card in order to enter which didn’t make any sense because it was paid and booked through *******. So I called and they said that I needed to fill out a credit authorization form and scan My ID and take a picture from my credit card which didn’t make any sense. The lady couldn’t send me an email for 15 min she didn’t know that there were other corporates emails and not only Gmail or yahoo. Not wasting my time again.

Room was nice. Had 2 cockroachs in my room upon my arrival. They are now dead. Told front desk upon checking out.

Bed sheets not clean and full of hairs like someone already slept on it.

Uneven: tiny bathroom, sink in the room instead with no place to hang towels there. Shampoo but no soap. Great view of the river, good beds, dingy hallways. Cable TV but non-working remote and no paper guide. Decent breakfast, limited choices. Expensive for what's offered. Will not go back.

Was not what i expected, i reserved a king bed got two queens. The floors were dirty, the paint was coming off the door for the bathroom. Coffee was provided but no cups in the room. I have stayed in much better places for a lot better price.

Our room was just as nice as any other place we've ever stayed. I picked this one because it had a pool & it was operating. Had a beautiful light house outback that I hope someday can be repaired (not in bad shape-needs some work) People friendly. Our room faced the river with sliding doors. Only thing I wish is if they had more food choices.

We got there around 8:30pm they let the kids use the pool until 9:00 which was great. Very easy check in and very helpful staff

It was Dirty, there was trash the ice machine where you put your bucket. Vending machine for snacks was broken and the drink machine had four bottles of soda in it.
