私の人生で最高の滞在の 1 つです。美しいホテルとインフィニティプールは最高のホテルの 1 つです。

すべてが素敵です。スタッフは皆感じが良いです。朝食は格別です。しかし、クリスマスディナー中に悪い経験値を獲得しました。サービスは標準に達していません。長すぎる。そして、注文が非常に遅れたので、家族として一緒に食事をすることができません。 スタッフ名Tutaは息子にとても優しいです。それでは、また後で来ます。

An absolutely stunning place. Everything, from the service, to the friendly staff, the pools, the hotel's location, if you want to explore the rice fields, waterfalls, you name it, it all exceeded our expectations. It also spoiled us for the hotels coming later on during the trip. We loved the whole experience and are definitely coming again. ❤️

It was one of the best stay i ever had. It was so relaxing and quiet. We got the best sunset ever, it was so pretty. The service was excellent. They always make sure that we enjoy our stay. We also had our room decorated with lots of flowers. We had romantic dinner on the first night but the portion was too big for both of us so we kept the dessert for the next day. The food was good too. We might go back there next time. They also had few options of activities that we can do during our stay, such as walking around the coffee plantation while giving us some information about coffee. We got to try different types of coffee as well. Excellent!

Quiet , beautiful villa with plenty of nature and sustainable initiatives. Love it and will go back again

This place is simply amazing. The stuff is just perfect and friendly and this place is like something out of a dream. 5 Star Experience!

The views from this resort are breath taking, especially from the two infinity pools and Jacuzzi.. The staff at this resort are one of the main reasons we enjoyed our stay at this resort, they were so attentive and helpful and went the extra mile. On one occasion i mentioned to a member of staff that i wasn't feeling well, and she immediately brought over some paracetamol and a fruit basket with a get well soon note. Later that evening when we went for dinner, other staff members asked how i was feeling, this was a really nice gesture and shows they were all made aware of my situation. There are lots of activities to take part in throughout the day, we enjoyed the morning yoga, the coffee plantation tour, the star gazing through a telescope and sitting by the fire pit with marshmallows.

Everything is great in this resort, except that it's so far away from anywhere. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. The room turned out to better than what I expected. Probably, they should post better pictures of the room so people are more interested to try it. There are lots of activities throughout the day to keep people engaged. The food is great although it's quite expensive (and note that the resort is far away from everywhere, so you don't have many choices)

Probably the best place i ever stay in the world. The plus goes to the dedication of all staff and how important is to them makes us feel unique .
