ベランカ ホテル(Bellanca Hotel)

They need a mechanic to fix the sliding doors to the rooms (the only entrance). It's NOT a key problem and staff kept offering us more keys. The problem is that the hook on the door and the slot on the frame DO NOT LINE UP. It was almost impossible to lock or unlock every time we entered and exited. Also, the "pub" was very weird, played nightclub-like music in the daytime and then closed at night! There was nowhere to hang out after dinner.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bellanca Hotel! You really can't beat the location, walking distance to the beach, the ******, ziplining, golf cart rentals etc! Also, the staff is wonderful! Sandra really made us feel welcome and helped with everything we needed! Shout out to Manny at the front desk as well!

Unfortunately the 110VAC outlet in the bathroom was broken and the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. We had arranged a Atrium room and ended up in the entry way to all the rooms. It gets noisy. Very nice staff!

Room was clean, price was reasonable, location was great and staffs were communicative and friendly. we had all we needed.

The place is well located. Water is across the street, the ****** is 5 minutes walk away. You are two to five blocks away from any restaurants and bars. The city bus stop is across the street. It will bring you to the botanical garden in 10 minutes or so. Other than having tiny rooms (we just sleeped in them so we didn't care other that it was a bit short with our diving bags). From what we saw, you will not find fluff here but the place is nice, clean and the staff was excellent. We will definitely go back if we visit Catalina again. Our breakfast at the restaurant was was good other than the hours. In January it was opened from 9am to 4:45pm!

We reserved a room with a balcony named cabana king. These rooms were loceted on the groumd floor right next to a busy street and people walking by. This was not aquite or private type of room we were looking for. We were given another room which was that was much smaller than the one we wanted with no balcony, but it was very quite except for one night when we heard very loud foot steps in thr room anove us.

The only thing I didn't like was the big window in the shower into the bedroom. It took away any privacy (fortunately I was with my husband) but it was still kind of weird! It also meant that when you turned the light on in the bathroom in the middle of the night, you were also turning on a bright light in the bedroom. There should at least be a curtain if the window is necessary. But the staff went above and beyond to make the staff nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel

They should change their cleaning solution. It left a very strong odor in the room. The room was CLEAN, it was just the cleaners used.

Our room had a noise all night like water dripping out of a drain pipe somewhere. It made sleeping very difficult. The air conditioner was also kind of old and very noisy. Other than that the hotel was OK.
