Nice clean friendly staff pulled not open was the only bad thing

Chose the room with the hot tub to stay over night for our anniversary. The carpet in the room was so wet near the a/c that you could hear the water squish! It literally splashed me. The room smelled like cat pee. They say it wasn't like that earlier in the day. It smelled horrible. I wanted to leave and get a refund back to my ********** account because I had booked it using my points. They told me no and that there was no other rooms available in the whole hotel. The refrigerator was barely cold and it sounded like something was running in it, loudly. Ruined our night

The bath kept dripping water. As for the breakfast in morning had something to be desired especially when the person is a diabetic Wish they would give printed bills to all customers before they leave

I had no issues whatsoever. I had to stay here for business and the check-in process was wonderful. The person at the desk was very kind. I had a problem with the toilet in my room so he immediately moved me to another room without question.

towels were like sandpaper tv was 100 years old pillows were balls of rags rolled up cold breakfast

Loved everything except the breakfast. All they have is cereal and bagels. Looks like hotel has been recently renovated. Very clean and very friendly and helpful staff.

The room was a little dated and the pool was not useable but overall the facility was kept up and the staff was friendly.

Location is good. Breakfast area is very small for a hotel of this size and the breakfast is very basic.

We lived our bed, we would have loved to have waffles for breakfast. Otherwise everything was great
