ベル エポック スイーツ(Belle Epoque Suites)

Reservamos el hotel de madrugada para acceder al mismo en poco más de 1hora (cogimos la tarifa de entrada antes de las 6am y salida antes de las 11am ya que solo íbamos a estar un par de horas). Cuando llegamos al hotel no había nadie en recepción, no disponen de recepción 24h. Intentamos ponernos en contacto con el hotel para hacer el check-in y no hubo respuesta. A la hora de reservar el desayuno no indican la hora de inicio del mismo (una chica del servicio de limpieza nos dijo que estaba indicado en un cartel dentro del ascensor, el cual no utilizamos), por lo que nos quedamos sin desayunar ya que el servicio empieza a las 8:00am y nosotros nos tuvimos que marchar a las 7:30h. La habitación del hotel es moderna y resulta cómoda, pero viendo los inconvenientes que tuvimos al hacer el check-in de madrugada y la falta de información sobre el resto de servicios es un hotel que no recomendamos.

Great stay in boutique hotel in a beautiful building. Location very convenient. Hotel room was large, tall ceilings, free bottled water. Stuff like that make a difference. Bravo.

The room was high quality, spacious, and pleasingly furnished. The bathroom was very modern and spacious. There is a balcony overlooking the street. The staff was very friendly and anxious to provide good service. The hotel is located a short walk from good restaurants and a lively, and apparently safe, nightlife.

The balcony was beautiful and had a great view of the acropolis! The staff was very friendly and helpful and I appreciated they had a private transport right to the door!

Belle Epoque suites are close to main transportation in and around the central Athens area as well as close to important archaelogical sites. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants also close by so no need to be concerned about finding breakfast as the BE suites do not have a restaurant, diner as yet. It is important to explore the area with attentive reception staff as your initial guide to further attractions and is simple enough. Only draw back was that there was no bar or event at night

A very quaint beautifully restored and modernized hotel located in a safe neighborhood with great shopping, restaurants and main attractions within walking distance. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They leave from 24-08:00 but you don’t feel at a loss as they take such good care of everything while staffing the front desk. The rooms were nicely modernized without loosing the historic charm, beauty and character of the building. The rooms very very clean, comfortable and spacious. Housekeeping did a great job. As an added bonus the first morning they recommended a bakery a block away for pastries and coffee. They handmade fresh croissants daily and the are every bit at good as the best I’ve had in Paris. We ate there the first morning and every morning thereafter. The neighborhood is busy with cars and local business but doesn’t feel like you’re in a commercial area. As a retired American Policeman with 26 years of experience I know what to look for when trying to avoid trouble and I was completely at ease walking everywhere from the Hotel. I was traveling with my 16 year old daughter and felt safe everywhere we walked in & around the hotel even late at night. The only thing I would say that was negative was there can be a little bit of street noise if your room is over the main street as opposed to the back of the building but the noise machine app on my phone made it easy to mask. I’ll most certainly stay here on my next trip to Athens.

Location was great because of convenience for food, shopping and a few miles from Acropolis. Staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. Great visit.
