出差常住的，總體還可以。 設施：還不錯 衞生：挺好的 環境: 相對來説，是周圍方便出差的較好的環境。 服務：酒店管理人員專業，服務態度也很好。

訂了很多完房間很好繼續入住的

I stood here on a solo trip in August for a week. There are a lot of restaurants and other stores near by in walking distance. There’s also a starbucks 5 minutes away. One of the front desk men named Kosts was not friendly / inviting. Not good customer service at all. I asked him to give me a phone call to let me know if I could extend my stay an extra day and he never called. Then saw me the next morning and check out and looked down the whole time also never said “bye” or “thank you for staying with us”. or any farewell. Everyday prior to that he was just very cold. Nikos was very very nice. His customer service was superb. Very friendly. The room are a little drab. I think the room need more culture to make it look alive . The bathroom believe it or not was the most aesthetically pleasing. Id give this hotel a 7/10. Oh and the door men were excellent. They helped me a lot of time in the morning when I needed my dress zipped up or help putting on a necklace lol! Struggles of a solo traveler.

The rooms are old style, the rooms need a thorough renovation, the price is expensive compared to hotels in the area. The breakfast was good and varied

Comfortable beds on the firmer side. In general, hotel beds in Greece are firm. Spacious and comfortable room and bathroom. Bathroom has a bidet. They only put out a set of towels for one person in a room with 2 beds. You’ll have to find the second set of towels in the cabinet. Buffet breakfast is great with self serve fresh squeezed orange juice. Staff is awesome! The receptionist upgraded us and showed us where to go to get the Covid tests in the neighborhood clinic for our flight. Valet parking underground. Parking attendants are nice. Nice and safe neighborhood with many restaurants and bars.

Located close to the train and easy ride from the airport. This hotel has what you need to be comfortable and close to the city center. Dont bother upgrading to Club Access/Room. Not worth it (during COVID)

We stay at this hotel each time we visit Athens (at least once a year). Great location - close enough to the city, but also nice being slightly removed. The staff is exceptional and we love seeing the same faces each time we visit. Great breakfast buffet and the food overall is wonderful. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious by European standards. Bathrooms are large and well lit and the beds and bedding are perfect. Highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed in the Crowne Plaza Athens City Centre for 3 nights during our first trip to Athens. The staff was efficient, attentive and respectful. The location of the hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants. The breakfast buffet was very good and offered many choices. The rooftop pool was very small and was roped off when we visited it. Our Club level room was smaller than expected, but it was clean and provided the necessities that we needed.
