パルマロガ ホテル(Palmaroga Hotel)

The hotel was very clean and located in the city City centre which is very convenient. The room was big enough and had a mini fridge and smart tv. It was a pleasant stay.

Красивое здание отеля, выгодно выделяется на фоне других домов в Асунсьоне. Шикарное внутреннее убранство, интерьер достоин фотографирования. Хорошие номера. Очень вкусные завтраки. Дружелюбный персонал. Единственный минус - отсутствие тапочек и ложки для обуви в номерах.

Dieses Hotel ist - abgesehen vom kleinen Pool - mein absoluter Favorit in Asuncion. Die Zimmer sind schön, das Frühstück ist 1A und die Lage ist grandios. Ich bin verliebt in dieses Hotel und komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Schon der Erste Eindruck war sehr gut. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Das gesamte Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Die Zimmer waren sauber die Betten bequem. Hatte einen kleinen Unfall und hab an der Rezeption einen Verband machen lassen. Nach einer Stunde klopfte ein Arzt an der Zimmertür um nach der Wunde zu schauen. Toller Service. Am Pool fehlen leider Sonnenschirme drum ist es mittags sehr heiß und man kann sich dort nicht aufhalten, schade. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker mit frischem Obstschalen. Auch die Getränke Promos am Abend sind eine tolle Aktion. Das Essen war durchweg sehr gut. Absolut zu empfehlen!

The hotel staff, hotel lobby and rooftop pool area are 5 stars. The rooms were nice and clean, but needed a little paint touch up on the walls. Complementary breakfast in the morning was good. I must recommend eating in La Maria restaurant in the lobby. Friendly staff and some of the best steaks I’ve had in South America! Go see the sunset up on the rooftop pool area.

I recently returned from a long weekend in the Presidential Suite of the Palmaroga Hotel and absolutely loved the experience! Asuncion is a beautiful (and highly underrated) city, and Palmaroga is THE place to stay. Here are a few reasons why: —Location: Right in the heart of old downtown Asuncion, and set on the main shopping street, the hotel makes a perfect base to see all of the sights of Asuncion within easy walking distance. Attractions, museums, restaurants, bars, and shopping (including great options for locally-made handicrafts) are all close by. —Service: Every single staff member that I encountered was excellent. From email communication with Juan in reservations, to check in, to room service, to front desk, to the cafe, to check out, I was always treated with a friendly smile and attentive service. Excellent staff throughout! Very impressed. (I should note, Paraguayans are wonderfully friendly people!) —Presidential Suite: I decided to splurge. My original stay was delayed due to COVID, and the prices are so reasonable, that for the going rate of a standard Hyatt room in the US, I booked the best room in the hotel. It was gorgeous!! Tall ceilings, huge mirrors, beautiful light fixtures, a guest half-bath, kitchenette room with full fridge (note: microwave, dishes would be helpful), dining area, living room, canopy bed, spacious bathroom, and beautiful balcony are the standout features. I was worried about noise (based on prior reviews) during my weekend stay, but didn’t hear a peep and slept like an angel. I will DEFINITELY book this incredible room on my next stay to Asuncion! Loved it! In conclusion, the Palmaroga is THE place to stay if visiting beautiful Asuncion. I absolutely recommend it 100%!

Excellent location in the centre of Asuncion. Good swimming pool an the roof with a view of the city. Friendly, professional staff. Tasty breakfast. Well appointed rooms. Only minor criticism - you have to pay for coffee pods for the in room, coffee machine. These could be provided free of charge. Easy to get Uber to Other parts of the city like Villa Morra.

Palmaroga Hotel was an extremely pleasant experience for me. The building itself is a beautiful mix of renovated old and modern, with a special mention for the patio on t 1st floor and of course the pool and view on the roof-terrace: what a delight when it is 35° C. All the staff is great: the people at the reception, but also the cleaning personnel, the waiters and waitresses at the café and for breakfast. Talking of the breakfast: the buffet is great, with lots of delicious options and there s a small gym where you can work the semilunas out of your body again! The location in the center of Asuncion is ideal : you can walk to any of the important sightseeing spots. However when I was there (Semana Santa), the center was not the liveliest place I've seen, but it's ok. I can't really imagine a better place in this price range.
