ヒストリック イン オブ アナポリス(Historic Inns of Annapolis)

We got to the hotel at 4:00pm. No place to park so I went in to check in and find the valet. I asked the gentleman at the desk about valet and he said he had nothing to do with valet. They are busy and I need to wait out front. I said okay. I asked if he knew where the restaurant I booked was and at first not a clue and then he pulls out a list of restaurants and says it’s on the list. I ask where is it? His response it’s on the list. Okay. He obviously did not understand English so I thought I’ll ask the valet. I went to the valet and he told me we are not in the main building and he has no time to help us. He wasn’t sure if he could valet the car. I was confused and then he said leave the car and you can take your luggage to the building you are staying in. Well it ended up being about 5 blocks away on cobblestone sidewalks up hill. Okay so much for customer service. I realized they were not going to take care of us in any way. No customer service! I can’t believe I paid that much money and it was a room the size of a shoe box with no service.

Unfortunately our room key did not work upon arrival, but great customer service in helping us get it fixed.

Lovely property in the heart of Annapolis. Quiet yet convenient to downtown. Connor was awesome! He took care of our every need.

The stay was nice, great area to walk around. The parking/valet situation was strange. We had to check in at one hotel, but we were staying at another location (they have 3.) The valet drove us to our hotel, then took the car back, he was great; but when we needed the car, it took a really long time, they said we weren't there when he came, but we were, shortly after we called them again, we received a text so we think the dispatch didn't actually send the valet out the first time. The card keys sometimes worked and sometimes didn't and the key you use on an app on your phone worked once, but not again. The sent someone quickly each time, but it was annoying.

Great location with a phenomenal staff and the architecture truly makes you feel like old downtown Annapolis.

The room house keeping was terrible.They never cleaned the room or brough fresh towls. After calling around 4:PM we requested for just clean towls to be brough to the room. We returned back to the room at 9:00 PM and still no towls.c Had to make a second call to get someone to react. Terrible service

This was our second stay at the Historic Inns of Annapolis. We love it's proximity to the Naval Academy and all the cute shops and yummy restaurants. Can't wait to go back!

Located in the heart of the Annapolis waterfront; easy access to Main Street, shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean. Parking is valet or you need to hunt for street parking.

Location. Room could use a few more easily accessible outlets for charging, but otherwise room is fine
