スワンキー ミント ホステル(Stay Swanky Hostel)

I'm not a frequent hostel-goer, but my stay here was less than impressive despite the high praise it often receives. The 11-person dorm felt cramped, featuring creaky wooden beds placed too closely together. The bedding and air quality left much to be desired. On the plus side, the facilities were decent and relatively clean, including a bar area that seemed underutilized both by guests and outsiders. Considering the £20 per night price tag, there are plenty of other options in Zagreb that offer a better value for the same cost

Kitchen is perfect, with everything you need. Bed and bathroom are clean. Staff here is very helpful. I hope can come back here

everything perfect to me. friendly staff. nice & warm bed (durring winter), a bar to chillout, kitchen to cook your meal, coffee machine for your hot coffee,tea,hot chocolate. & watch tv. what a happy day 😬 thumbs up. 10/10

I only stayed one night but what I could gather, the hostel seemed like a really welcoming and social place! I didn’t have time to use the common room, but people seemed to be enjoying their time there. The only complaints I have is that while the bed linen smelled amazing the smell was very strong, so keep that in mind if you are sensitive to fragrances. On a similar note, the AC wasn’t on even though it was 29C outside which meant that somebody kept opening the window and letting cigarette smoke from the small courtyard into the room. All in all, the location is great and the facilities are clean and convenient. The staff was outstanding, I got a warm welcome and great recommendations for my one night in the city. Checking in and out and storing luggage was smooth and easy. Would stay here again!

This is a fun place to stay. We had a private room, breakfast was very good, the staff was very helpful, and the location was great. Hot water, comfortable beds, and air conditioning that actually cooled rounded out the experience. We definitely recommend.

Where do I start we are two maturer people M61/F59 and was both slightly apprehensive about staying in a hostel, on arrival we was greeted by a girl on reception who was very informative, pointed out lots of things on the map she gave us and other general information, she seemed genuinely interested in advising us about things to see and do, she then informed us that our room was in the adjacent building and came with us to show us the access etc, the room was big and was ideal for our stay also very quiet and the bed was super comfy, the following morning we went down for breakfast which was more than adequate and whatever you ordered was freshly made a great way to start the day, the location was fantastic so easy to get to other parts of the city with regular trams passing on the street outside, a few nights we came back and went in the very smart bar area, the staff was friendly and the drinks was good we always ended up chatting to other people who was stopping there and everybody seemed very happy with their stay, we absolutely loved our stay and would stay there again when next back in Zagreb. A nice budget hostel in central Zagreb. A short tram ride or walk from the main train station. Close to the funicular and walking to everywhere you likely want to go. I stayed in a dorm room. It was basic but fine. The bathrooms were nothing special, but had hot water. There was good wifi and a very nice bar/cafe. A good self-service kitchen as well. I thought it was good value. I would stay there again.

I booked a women’s dorm. Due to a glitch in their end, they had me reserved for a mixed dorm, and the women’s dorm was all booked up so they couldn’t get me in there. Normally when something like this happens in an indie hostel you’re screwed. But instead, they upgraded me to their nicest private room! What great customer service! The room was fantastic and the people were great, central location, hopping bar—can’t complain!
