I cannot recommend this experience enough!! I was blown away by both the hotel and the team (special thank you to Sarah, Bryan, and Zakaria!) This was truly personalised service. The team went above and beyond to make our experience a memorable and special one. From our private tour of the grounds, to booking us activities, to the smallest of thoughtful and considerate actions like remembering my Mum’s favourite drink and ensuring she didn’t have to ask for it. The room was stunning. The food was great. The experiences were lovely. The gym is fully equipped and with a visit. The bar is beautiful and the music is excellently curated throughout the day. The scenery, the art and the architecture make this place an unforgettable experience. Zakaria was truly a gentleman and was very considerate and attentive. The spa is spectacular and was such an unexpected treat (and 40% off during the day!). Thank you Sugar House team!

This hotel is the best choice for a relaxing getaway. The architecture and design are top-notch, and especially, the attitude of the staff is excellent. Every staff member is very kind. I visited often because many friends and family came from Korea this time. Every time I went, the hotel was beautiful and the staff was kind. Especially Amanda, she was always quick to answer and bright and kind. Other employees are always bright and kind. Food is always delicious!!😍

Wow, what an incredible experience it was to stay here. My husband and I just got married a few days before spending the rest of our honeymoon here, and it was the best decision we made. There are so many activities to do and the hotel itself has amazing history and direct access to the river, where we enjoyed a lovely bamboo rafting trip. The pool was a big highlight and the breakfast had both Asian and western options. The staff were so helpful and arranged many activities for us. Zakaria was so gracious and took us on a tour of the hotel and even took us rock climbing at the hotel. He helped us out whenever we had questions and offered such helpful tips and was full of information! The spa had the best massages my husband and I have ever had. Sara worked at the front desk and was incredibly kind and helpful as well, even sending us a cake to celebrate our new marriage. Highly recommend!

Beautifully restored sugar factory turned hotel with amazing hospitality and activities. We spend the day in the hotel, joined the free photography session, candle class and tour of the hotel. Joined rock climbing, which was very scary, but the instructor is knowledgeable. Each guest has a personal Assisant. Alyssa was very helpful in helping us schedule and organise actives. The hotel is in a secluded area, you will need to travel by taxi to other destinations (10min-1hour). Personally I dont think it was too noisy even though there is traffic but the road outside. There is night time firework session. The breakfast buffet had amazing selection. For a hotel located in the forest there is surprisingly little mosquitoes. It’s better to schedule the photoshoot during the day as it gets too dark for pics at night.
