セレニティ オーセンティック グランピング トゥルム(Serenity Authentic Glamping Tulum)

Staff was hit or miss. Has some really great service and some not so great service. The beach was beautiful and also open to the public. They advertise a beach club of which they charge you to sit at which I thought was odd considering I was a guest. The beach restaurants closed a 5:30pm. The continental breakfast was subpar. I tried the Salmon and Mahi Mahi for dinner and both dishes were excellent! Perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The road noise and neighboring party that went to 1am wasn’t ideal but I guess that’s what the ear plugs were for. The tents were as expected. It did get pretty humid in there. Given the price I felt the exchange was fair and I’d definitely book again.

Alles wunderbar, ganz tolle Lage

We really liked the atmosphere, and the place was so authentic. Unfortunately there is a lot of noise from the traffic on the highway close by. We could hear it all night, and when you sleep in tents it is very annoying. If the glamping had been closer to the beach it would have been perfect, and the noise would not have been a problem. Breakfast was good, and the tents were very charming, good beds and nice shower, loved it

We had the best time of our lives, my husband and I were married on the beach front around family. Serenity Glamping provided a unique stay with a great staff. Concierge, Alex, at the front goes above and beyond! Cleaning staff left us a different romantic bed art each night. We enjoyed our complimentary coffee and hot breakfast! This was a great add, many hotels in the area don’t include so your trip can cost a lot more if you don’t watch for this. It’s a quiet place on a quiet beach that felt safe for families and also more locals around. The beach club access to the lounge cars was a great luxury compared to some hotels on Tulum beach.

Serenity Eco Luxury Tented Camp. Luxury ist nicht gleich Luxus das gibt es dort nähmlich nicht. Unter Luxus verstehe ich etwas anderes. Strand der zum Resort gehört ist über eine Straße erreichbar. Strand ist sehr klein und es kann sich jeder gegen Gebühr dort Einmieten. Ich war knappe 2 Tage dort am Ende unserer Rundreise in Mexiko. Das geht gerade, länger würde ich dort nicht buchen. Restaurant und Getränge am Strand und im Resort sehr hochpreisig. Ein Bier Inländisches ca. € 4,50, ein Dinner mit 2 Gertänken ca. € 25,00 bis € 35,00 Portionen sind klein.

We loved it! Very quiet you have your privacy easy acess to beach! Beach was beautiful, Food was delicious! Defenetly will be back with our kids!

They weren’t upfront about their cancellation policies. My unit had a dirty bathroom & the shower drain didn’t drain properly & smelled.

It's a nice place, not far for the beach. The bungalows are super nice, with a nice bathroom, spacious, with a nice bed and all the necessary amenities. The restaurant is not great, neither is the beach.
