The hotel is situated in a good location and very convenient. The staff is nice.

Very nice and spacious hotel. Room and balcony clean and big. View from hotel is amazing. We had very nice time and staff are very helpful, Guest service manager Chris was most polite and I'll would say the best in China. We traveled a lot but he is the best providing us all information we requested such as trip to Tulou, tickets to Gulangyu, bicycle help, even he was very kind to arrange birthday cake for us etc. He also opened piano in lobby for us to play, and we had very nice time during our seven days stay. He was very kind on every request we made. I recommend hotel for families who likes tranquil but spacious places with big gardens, flovers, very near to beach and to downtown. Breakfast was very good. Playground for children is aslo available. Gym is okay. Highly recommend this hotel if you come to Xiamen.

I think the hotel is good for vacation, it’s big and the gardens are beautiful. But for business trip, I think I prefer somewhere is more convenient to amenities.

Easy check in, large clean room with a wonderful view over the sea, and very comfortable bedding. Nice and quiet. Slept really well. The breakfast was just OK...not many guests so not so much fresh choice. There is a quick way to the beach...once you exit this gate via the garden, you just need to cross the road. The balcony is large, and great for relaxing! Overall, a pleasant stay.

Checking inn was easy. My daughter was able to view the lobby area comfortably while we waited for our passports to be processed. Our room was on the first floor of the C wing. It was multi level suite. The hallway had a damp musty smell, but it did not follow you into the room. The air conditioners worked and kept the suite cool downstairs while upstairs to cool down comfortably for bed time you needed to close the bedroom door. What we enjoyed the most was the location, across the street from the beach with easy gate access a short walk away. Perfect late night snack was from the coca cola stand with American hotdogs and burgers. The pool was refreshing and the ocean breeze can been felt. As for amenities, the pool lacks the attraction for children that other beachfront hotels has but my daughter did not seem to mind. Staff was always helpful for our needs during our stay and finding taxi services was always quick. Just 15 minutes drive to nearby shopping malls and late night snack street which was a big hit for our family! We will definitely come again.

The view from my room was breathtaking, I got a garden view room but it felt more like an ocean view room. The reception team is very friendly and go out of their way to help. I enjoyed my stay. Only downside is the cleanliness, the room wasn’t the cleanest.. but I’ve definitely seen worse.
