1. Shower - when I arrived at the hotel, it was late and I traveled for quite some time during the day. I wanted a nice warm shower until I got to my room and the water was cold. The issue was reported to the front desk in the morning. I checked if it was fixed and it was relayed that it was fixed. Got back to the room and the problem was not fixed. After the second and third attempt of trying to get the water problem fixed, the water was still cold. In addition the shower door rubber was broken creating a safety hazard because the water was going outside the shower causing a mini flood in the bathroom. This was also reported and one staff member laughed at me and pointed to the caution sign - slippery when wet.
2. Service - the manager Mr Su Li and an employee by the name of Zhi Heng Zhang were the most accommodating after the incident was escalated. They ensured that my last night at the hotel was pleasant. I got an upgrade and everything went well.
