Good location , easy to get to Holy Cross! Very clean Front reception- staff friendly

酒店在市中心，位置好；服務好，我們上午10左右到店，順利辦理了入住；房間比較大，乾淨衞生，無異味；第一天到一樓吃了早餐，17美元每人，加上税18美元多，早餐有熱麥片，麪包，水果等，品種不多，後兩天早餐就自己買了麥片、麪包解決了。

還是可以的。值得。

Everyone was helpful. Only issue was the noise in the lobby, had a hard time hearing during check in

I enjoyed much about the stay, but I would highly recommend listing prices in your market so no other guest is charged $7.50 for a small package of Reese's cups without their knowledge.

You have a nice property there and the folks that work there are friendly and helpful. Love that you are close to DCU -So I got a 1 bedroom suite since my son was joining me. when I asked for linens for the pull out couch, I got a knock on the door. I opened the door and nobody was there but 2 bags of linens were there. There was no blanket unfortunately. -When I asked about directions to the parking deck, the person at the hotel check-in counter described how to get to the deck but didn't mention that it's kind of big and that you have to pay attention to signs so that you park under the hotel and can then take the elevator up into the hotel. My son and I (we drove separately) ended up parking further away from the hotel and climbed a stare well that put us a block away from the hotel. When we checked out and attempted to enter that same stairwell the door was locked. There we were with heavy bags and had to trudge back to the hotel and take the hotel elevator down to the parking deck and then try to find our cars. -I asked for a late check out at 1pm. I got a knock on the door from the maid service person was not aware that we had a late check out. My room key also stopped working which is always stressful when trying to make a couple of trips to the car. At the front desk it seemed a little challenging for the 2 folks there to figure out how to get it working again. There was no available cart to use to load up my luggage. -The front circulating door was not working

I had a great stay, The check in was amazing, I was here early and they let me check in early and it was such a blessing, Or I would have had to find other things to do, the room is clean comfortable, updated, very quiet considering everyone is here mostly for a cheer comp, I was disappointed that there is a high cost for their breakfast and the prices were high for this event in this area, very close to what we were doing, but not a lot of options for food in this area. The hotel was great and parking was very easy to get in and out of. Would come here again :) And I love their Christmas decorations!!

The only reason for not giving this a 5 star was the shower not having enough pressure in my room. Other than that the hotel lobby, rooms, decor were awesome and clean! Will definitely be staying again in the future

Had a great experience but was charged for a room service that we did not use. Not sure why we had a room charge, everything else was good.
