Great location and view

A really lovely hotel, staff could not have been more helpful and attentive pleasant and charming. Position of hotel could have not been better with Restaurant and Bars having panoramic views. The only downside was my GPS sent me via an access bridge which has been closed for five years and no detour being signposted

Another great stay at this hotel. The employees are all super friendly and professional. The room was perfect in size and also very clean. Parking is directly in front of hotel and they also have charging spots for vehicles. Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection. One can also have dinner, drinks, coffee and cakes.

We left a tip for the housekeepers and we recently found out that one man from the staff named Bilal takes the tips guests leave for housekeeping and we’re really disappointed and we really want someone to look into it and have the staff being compensated!!!! Cause this is basically stealing! Please review our request!

We stayed two nights. The large hotel has a very good location in Wilhelmshaven and the downtown area is within walking distance. Parking is available in front of the hotel at EUR 12. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet and had a great view of the inner harbor. The bed was very good, and it was equipped with coffee maker, safe, and a mini bar with good non alcoholic drinks included in the rate. The bathroom was large and some nice hair and body products were also available. One dinner was included in our rate and the restaurant was really excellent with nice views, good food and great service. The included breakfast was outstanding with several hot and cold choices. Service at breakfast was also great. We really liked this hotel and would commend the entire staff from check-in to check-out for the excellent service we enjoyed. Would love to come back!

Excellent hotel which is fortunate as there is limited choice in the area. Comfortable, well appointed rooms with good size bathrooms. Temp control in the rooms and tea/coffee. Good breakfast and nice views of the harbour. Excellent and highlight recommended restaurant for an evening meal. Thoroughly recommended.
