friendly staff, surprised that no rooms have king beds, slept well and seems to be a quiet area of townbreakfast was a little skimpy. I missed my banana

Didnt want to refund 3 days after only being there for 1 night only. Front desk said its ok and sorted out since it was pre paid by *******. Contacted ******* about it and they issued a refund request. Microtel didnt re issue the pre paid refund by *******. If they do try this, contact your credit card company and request a pull back.

Was a great stay it would have been perfect if there was a swimming pool!

The hotel lobby and grounds are well kept and modern. Our room had very comfortable, clean, beds. However, after being in the room my allergies started to flare from the sitting dust. I used a wet rag and dusted the headboards, desk, desk cubbies, and it was evident this hadn't been done for a while. The bathroom floor was wet upon arrival and it was quickly found out that the sink was leaking onto the floor and had been for a while. I let front desk know all this upon check out. The shower was nice and the overall room is lovely - just wish the housekeeping held a little higher standard.

Room initially provided was unmade. After another hour, finally got a different room. It was ok. Hardly looked like a made room, but sheets were clean.

AC was broken and they replaced the whole unit so the room was very comfortable the rest of my stay

The price was reasonable, the room was clean, and the check-in and check-out were smooth. The breakfast tables were too few and dirty. Also, the breakfast offerings weren't as varied as other hotels.

Poor desk agent all alone on a busy night. Then had a cold shower

Lots of free parking. Some large parking spots. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms need new carpet. Beds are very comfortable. Lots of towels and like Dove toiletries.
