Nice little room, however spider was found in the room and the room is too far away from lift

Another fantastic stay at the Premier Inn M4/J4. I often stay at many Premier Inns, but I always rate this one as being one of the very best. The building is not the newest, the location isn’t the most glamorous, but the thing that sets it apart from other Premier Inns, is the staff. They are simply wonderful. They are caring, genuine and highly motivated. This might not be The Ritz, but the staff could teach many a top London hotel a thing or two about exceptional customer service. The restaurant is also worthy of note. Great food, reasonably priced, served promptly and with style. Again it’s the staff that nail it. The meal deal is a “must buy” if you are intending to have both dinner and breakfast. Book with confidence, you won’t be disappointed. Also, superbly located for Heathrow. Benefits from being just a little further away from the airport to avoid the airport chaos, but close enough to be super convenient. P.S. Sheena was a customer service super star, as were the rest of the management team!

Arrived late at night, once I got to the room it smelled badly and the breakfast was awful, not what you expect from Premier Inn? Didn't complain about either, as I just wanted to go to sleep and then leave promptly the following morning.

Hotel was nice bed was very comfy Facility in the room is simple but everything you need is there Breakfast was very good and well worth the price Restaurant staff were very nice and friendly and extremely helpful Serena was excellent Parking is good but you do need to get to the hotel early otherwise it is a struggle to park as coaches seem to use the hotel

The best we have ever had everybody was friendly and sooo helpful especially Serena would thoroughly recommend and stay here again. Food was excellent and served quickly and by staff who obviously enjoyed working here. Room was excellent especially the queen bed

I can say my stay was a good one. The customer service provided by Sheena and the other staff was brilliant. I always have a good experience when I stay here. Thanks again for a service well done. I will definitely staying at this establishment again in the future.

Great help Sheena the girl behind the reception. Would highly recommend staying here we went to the reception with a problem Sheena and her college straightened out the problem straight away. Car park very spacious, room very very clean and food was fantastic.
