Was strongly questioned about the service dog for my handicap friend by front desk staff. Keys wouldn’t open the room door front desk staff was very negative about why it didn’t open the door when it let us in the side door.

Tv cabinet squeaking noise due joint not aligned. Breakfast very good. Overall, v.good. will stay again.

要特別表揚下攜程客服，過了退訂期幫我退訂了原酒店，改訂了這家。衞生、設施都不錯。看評論説早餐豐富訂的，但早餐沒那麼豐富，不知説豐富的都吃到了什麼。

一般般吧，

A great hotel with very spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING. Hot tub was good but the pool water was too cold. Excellent value!

Upon arrival check in was smooth, we got to our room, opened the door, and on the bathroom counter was a partially consumed bottle of water. There were used towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door and on the floor. I told the young lady at the front desk about the towels and told her I kicked them out in the hallway. Instead of an apologetic reply, she said, "are they still on the floor in the hall?" to which I replied,"yes" she seemed far more concerned about the towels than the guests concern. The facility is very nice and offers an indoor pool and hot tub which we did not use but they appeared very clean and well kept. Customer service training would behoove this hotel.

We checked in to room 118. Unfortunately at about 3:30 in the morning we were woken up by a screaming match emanating from room 120. After 1/2 an hour my wife phoned the desk to report the issue. The desk clerk was either unwilling or unable to solve the problem which went on for another hour. The next day we were moved to room 125, which was relatively quiet, however at breakfast the next day, we talked with another couple who had moved into room 118 after us and they had the same issue. There was a direct confrontation, and the couple in room 118 insisted on being moved to another room, as had we. We don't know who was in room 120, but I would suggest they be banned from Best Western!!

Nice stop for a quick overnight while travelling. Staff friendly, even the breakfast attendant greeted us. Room was very comfortable. The pillows were great-not those horribly tall ones. Enjoyed the spa, and hot breakfast was good, they even had good bacon!
