Nice room, ok service, nothing remarkable. Clean and convenient, the restaurant has a nice variety and good service. Not much in the way of amenities, but all in all it was quite cosy and comfortable.

Nice hotel in waterford for a short stay. Food was good. Service was very good. The bar was quite for Sunday night.

Good location. Clean rooms. Terrible Leisure centre. Over all the hotel was fine. The leisure centre is dated and dirty

The room was okay but was cold, the food in the restaurant wasn't the best at all, the steak was brought out after 10 minutes of ordering it, the turkey was black in places and a bit pink, the spuds was like there was cooking oil mixed in with them, the ham was as thin as rashers if not thinner, the breakfast wasn't the best either there was a taste and smell of cling film off of the tomatoes, rashers wasn't the best, the sausages tasted like they were gone off, I wouldn't stay in this hotel again to be honest

Hotwl is a little Gem.Location to all Tourist attraction in the town is shirt stroll up the Quay.Top floor rooms are incrediibly comfortable with black out blinds for a great sleep.Staff were super friensly and clearly liked working there.I must mention Paul,Hotel.Mamager.To say he went above and beyond to acknowledge my wifes birthday was much appreciated.We will definitely be back

Hotel was very nice, staff were very helpful. Only downside was the shower in the room was a 'fixed to wall' unit and I prefer to be able to take the nozzle down and move it around. Also, while the breakfast was quite good there were no hash browns or mushrooms. Pancakes or waffles would also have been much appreciated.

The Hotel is old but this is made up by the great location and free access to the gym and pool. Very quiet as well.

Checked infor just 1 night for work, so convenient, great value for money, spacious room. Clean, I will definitely stay again

Overall a very positive experience but we had to leave the bar on the evening of arrival as the bartender refused to come to the table to take the large food order for a family of nine, it was way too awkward for me to memorise everyone’s order and he still said no, unfortunately the hotel missed out on a large order as we walked a short distance down the road to get our food and left €160 in another premises
