Ubicación genial, a un paso del centro histórico. Habitación muy cómoda y bien decorada. Piscina muy agradable, aunque por la tarde está a la sombra. Buen aparcamiento exterior. Personal amable. A mejorar: el desayuno. El café es malísimo, imperdonable en Portugal y en un establecimiento de este nivel.

Very lovely historical building concerted into a modern hotel. Amazing views and close to Serra da Estrela.

Beautifully restored building very close to the centre of town. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Excellent buffet breakfast included.

The building is beautiful and the staff is lovely it is not deluxe accommodation but well above its cost-the only negative we had was the gym/fitness area is woefully inadequate and unfortunately the only treadmill (an old fashioned one at that) broke while we were there

This place is awesome. The building and history are amazing. Really close to the old town area, 5 min walk. We did not get a chance to use the spa or baths but they looked amazing. We did sit out by the pool for a few hours and it was great. The room was extremely large and the bathroom was huge, not sure if they all have 2 different showers like ours but wow, tons of room to spread out and relax. I would love to have spent a few days in this hotel and want to check out the others in their portfolio as well. Highly recommended!

Excellent staff and best breakfast of several 4/5 star hotels experienced on this trip. Compact but well furnished room and convenient free parking.

Very good to stay there. The Check in was bad because they did not find my booking for a while and when they found it there was no excuses at all for the inconvenience. The tea welcome set in the room is nice but when a couple wants the same flavour of tea, it is not available and if you want more tea bags you are charged for it! The breakfast is excellent and the staff is very helping and smiling. The pool is excellent.
