Highly recommended hotel, a couple of meters from the main place in the old town. Rooms are large and comfortable, breakfast was nice and the staff helpful. the only negative point would be that this can get busy and there is often waiting time.

We booked two rooms at the hotel and both of them had mold in the bathrooms, very poor maintenance and cleaning. Also, in one room the shower floor was cracked and covered by wooden matt/slats - the underside was also moldy. Our niece is allergic to mold so we asked for her room to be changed, they only had one available starting the following afternoon - we looked at it beforehand, it still had some mold but not as bad as the previous one. After we complained about the mold and said that we would possibly move to a different hotel we were treated very coldly by one of the receptionists. I will aso add that the hotel rooms were very outdated and dingy, the hotel could use a refresh.

I spent an overnight stay in Vicenza. This hotel was very conveniently located in the centre of the old town. The room was very nice and the staff friendly and welcoming.

This hotel is wonderful. Staff was kind, diligent and helpful. The bed was fantastic as well as the private bathroom. We had a cute balcony and restaurants and stores are near. Excellent location.

This is an excellent hotel that well deserves its 4 * rating. Super clean and well organized, very helpful staff, great breakfast including local specialties, located right at the center of town, moments from all attractions. Will definitely want to come back for a longer stay. Be sure to visit the roof terrace for evening cocktails and spectacular views of the town center and surroundings.

Such a beautiful hotel, very kind and helpful staff. I had to leave for an early train so they agreed to begin breakfast 15 mins earlier! Location is incredible, in a side street off the main square. And view from rooftop bar is unbelievable. I had a truly enjoyable stay and felt very safe here as a solo female traveller. Only small things is that it is a very old building so you can hear some noises and can see some wear and tear, however this did not bother me at all as I feel it added to the authentic old Italian experience. Am hoping to return again very soon!

Great hotel location in the heart of the city! Close to everything! The hotel staff were wonderful. Breakfast is included in the hotel rate and a great value. We will definitely consider staying h we e again. Train station is walkable for day trips to other cities
