The property itself is great with great location. However. It is literally opposite a building housing a 12-step program We got intimidated by them on arrival and they are so so so noisy. We were kept awake till midnight by people swearing and yelling and then worked up at 6am with more of the same If you had kids they would be subjective to swearing and people smoking and loitering out front. Not Hotels fault but can’t be ignored

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was modern and clean. Location was right in the middle of all the action, however the noise level was pretty high because of that. I would stay here again though.

The hotel was comfortable. My room was clean and the air conditioner worked very well. The bed was very comfortable. Even though there is a rehabilitation center right next door, no one was offensive or tried to be. In fact, everyone on that little side street was friendly. I will be back.

It’s in a nice location on the boardwalk. The restaurant downstairs gets loud, hard to sleep in when the kitchen staff is getting ready and you can hear everything. Can’t really leave your room windows open because the restaurant guests are loud. The room was hot and stuffy, I asked for help with the ac, the front desk attendant tried to help but it didn’t make a difference. The hotel attendants are friendly. There is a rehab next door and the men sometimes stand outside to smoke and stare at you. The room was big and clean, pillows are not soft and my neck hurt in the morning.

Probably one of the best places you can stay at on the beach especially for the price. Located conveniently downstairs from a restaurant right on the boardwalk amazing views from living room

Did not like that there is no parking unless you pay 50.00 per night and most of all that when you have to leave or return you have to walk by a rehab house full of men sitting out side that I’m sure have done some kind of criminal activity because they are designated to stay in that place but we took our teenage daughter to celebrate her birthday and two of her girlfriends and they would make remarks every time they would go to the beach it was very disturbing and felt so unsafe the whole time

It was next to the beach so that was awesome but it was also in front of a rehab center and people there smoke all the time and they were loud at weird times during the day.
