Holiday Inn Express & Suites Van Horn

Excellent service from front desk clerk. Comfortable bed and room was nicely decorated and spacious. Would recommend this hotel.

房間乾淨 位置不錯 早餐很好

The tissues and toilet paper aren’t much better than sandpaper. We stayed at 2 Holiday Inn Expresses and 2 Hampton Inns. All the same paper products. What’s up with that.

Wonderful remodel; clean; easy access; a good value! For the $ would come again. Decent bed (a little hard); good pillows; safe; coffee; iron all good! A good sized room! No water in the room; no extra blanket although I requested both. Overall a 4 out of 5 stars!

This hotel was clean and comfortable. It was a little higher priced than I thought it would be for such a small town, but we enjoyed the time there.

I like the cleanliness and the modern-ness of this building in the properties, I do not like the towels they were rough and very thin. And no blow dryer in the bathrooms.

The hotel was better than average; however, housekeeping woke my husband up at 8:30 am to clean our room. Since we were only staying one night due to our traveling from Arizona to Florida, I was surprised housekeeping did not simply wait until we had checked out.

Had an emergency in my family and needed to change my reservation - could not reach property to make change. Tried for hours and they would not answer their phone. Could not change on websites and Holiday Inn toll free phone line for reservations we’re not helpful - they told me I had to speak with property directly but couldn’t provide a number and would disconnect my call with them. Horrible customer service. Holiday inn refuses to refund or provide credit. No way to contact them and it’s my fault! Very poor service. Zero stars for them!
