去紅山滑雪，順便住了一晚，還算湊合！ 附近有餐廳和加油站，很方便.

Very busy and noisy area on edge of highway coming into town. Noisy trucks and engine brakes. No restaurant for breakfast or dinner, we werent made aware that restaurant is closed Sundays & Mondays , until we checked in. Would have stayed elsewhere has we known.

Very clean, comfortable bed, quiet and extremely friendly and helpful staff and servers in the cafeteria. Christie was kind enough to lend me her sweater when she noticed I was cold. Very kind and thoughtful of her. All in all a very nice stay.

I chose this hotel as a last minute option as a snowstorm was coming into Banff, where my previous accommodations were. As far as the property itself goes, it’s a no frills location and your typical Best Western. It was nothing fancy, but it was overall fairly clean if not impeccably so. It is a bit dated looking on the inside. The beds were comfortable enough, but nothing to write home about. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They did provide apples, granola bars, and water at breakfast time. There’s a liquor store attached to this hotel which I found sort of off, and didn’t remember being in the posting when I booked it. It was located on the basement/ground floor of the property. There’s a factory on the other side of this large hill that’s beside the hotel, but we weren’t disturbed by any noise or anything.

We stayed for hockey. Kids gear went in a safe, secure room which was nice. No smell in room!!! Rooms were clean and had comfy beds and pillows. Big TV with actual movie channels. Would stay again for sure

ATTN: Bikers and Skiers. The hotel does not allow equipment in the rooms and does not have a properly secured space for equipment, plus can be accessed by multiple staff. I would advise fellow bikers and skiers to seek accommodations elsewhere to avoid any inconvenience during their vacation. The hotel would rather refund the stay than deal with anyone with equipment. Parting message from the GM at us not proceeding with accommodation is that this was "no loss to them".

Worst sleep ever! Tiny beds and they were very uncomfortable. The staff was great and the rest of the amenities were as good as anywhere else I’ve been

I have used this hotel for decades and it has always been excellent. The only problem with the location is the noise from the traffic on the main road going into town. The other disappointing thing this time was the sports bar attached to the property has now changed to fine dining, very expensive. So now there's no place at the end of the day to just pop in for a drink and a chat.

Rooms next to the highway are quite noisy. Sounds like the highway traffic is right outside your window. Also, noise carries throughout the hotel. Noise from higher floors is heard loud and clear in the rooms below.
